I'm 81 but not too bad at computers. I needed to replace a tower for my desktop. I bought one from a cheap laptop company who provide reconditioned
Computers. I won't mention their name but, like a fool I didn't look up their reviews....big error! I returned the item and had to threaten legal action before getting my money returned.
Black Barn has reviews to die for so as soon as I received my refund I ordered from Black Barn by phone and the gent I spoke to (not allowed to mention name)
Was so helpful giving me valuable advice and I he was just about to go home but stayed to help me. I haven't set it up yet...still clearing office but I m confident all will be well. That's the kind of company anyone can recommend and I tell everyone I meet about them, just as many as I tell about the other lot.
Well done BLACK BARN you now have one more faithful and delighted customer.
