I purchased 2 desktop computers from Aria. Both were delivered promptly (they were bespoke systems, so had to be constructed first). However, one of the computers had an issue with the SSD just outside of the warranty period (1 year) but they repaired the fault and replaced the SSD for free, and very promptly (collected same day, returned 2 days later via DPD couriers).
They were also helpful when I initially had problems setting up the computer (because the drivers for the USB etc. weren't loaded, I had to use a PS/2 keyboard and mouse - but the PS/2 port wouldn't work until it was enabled in the BIOS, as it's disabled by default. I also forgot that only the main USB board would work with the USB mouse / keyboard - the additional USB ports won't work until the drivers are installed). But technical support was good and they sorted this out on the phone very quickly.
