Everything was going well, until a buyer and I needed support… the courier damaged the box in transit and the seller reported part of the package was lost and damaged. She contacted Vinted and their suggested response was to return the now incomplete and damaged items to me, which we both thought was ridiculous. She paid for insurance with the purchase and I used Evri, the Vinted chosen courier. Vinted refused any responsibility and have completely refused to help in any way beyond saying: it’s up to us to find a solution between us. Clearly the buyer wants the items as listed and I don’t want now incomplete and damaged items sent to me. Their customer service don’t have any intention of serving anyone except Vinted. Taking money for the cover in addition to the purchase price is therefore a sham. Wholly disreputable company. AVOID.
