Ordered and paid on 15th November with a 2 week delivery promised. One month later and still waiting! This is a Christmas gift for my Granddaughter and has yet to be received, wrapped and then posted to her!!!!!!! Don;t like my chances! Very not happy
Nightmare
I ordered a jewellry set from this company weeks ago. It has never arrived and they are proving a nightmare to contact. They have taken the money but no goods. Do not use unless you have money to waste and endless patience.

Ordered through a Barclay's Bespoke Offer and despite numerous emails and facebooks messages, no reply. I've contacted Bespoke now for a refund and will be instructing my bank to force a refund. Don't use this company, they have zero customer service value and will leave you waiting in vain for your order. I will be reporting them to trading standards in Birmingham where the company is registered.

“Trendy Banana" is Insulting Rip-off and Fraud company!
I have now found out that the company is actually based in Tyrone in Northern Ireland.
Do Not Use
I ordered a necklace on the 16th October 2013, it finally arrived on the 6th December 2013 after several emails!
I contacted Trendy Banana via email was they don't have a contact number. It took over a week for them to respond and when they did it was to say that the necklace was a high demand and would be delivered the following Wednesday.
Shock horror the necklace never arrived. I contacted them again which took over a week for them to respond to say that the necklace would be with me the following week. It never arrived.
After a third and very nasty email, a poor review on Facebook and a very poor Tweet I finally received the necklace from Royal Mail on the 6th December 2013.
The box was battered when it finally arrived and there was no apology for late delivery!!!
In all three of my emails I asked for a refund but they were refusing to give me as apparently the item had been dispatched.
I would never ever use this company again and I would strongly recommend others to not use it. They are utter rubbish!!!

I put in an order from a deal i found on KGB Deals on the 19th November. By the 19th December i still didnt have it so contacted them. they have no phone number just an email address with a 3 day response time. they then shut for christmas for 2 weeks. then i keep emailing them for a refund and that i havent had my order and they just ignore me. I advise anyone looking to use them to NOT! They will not help you if anything goes wrong!

This company is a joke, i ordered 5 pairs of earings that was poor quality and ws chrged £25 for delivery, I have been waiting 3 months and still havent recieved a refund and no one has replied to my emails as there is no telephone number to contact them on, I would advise everyone never to purchase anything from this comany trendy banana

Worst Service Ever
I brought a voucher through KGB Deals for 2 pairs of earrings and paid £8 for this. I redeemeed the voucher on the website and have paid the £6.98 for delivery. This was in November 2012. I havent recieved the 2 pairs of earrings that i ordered and every e-mail i send to the company i get one back saying the message was deleated without being read. I have contacted Trading Standards regarding this after giving the company plenty of chances to contact me. I have never had a problem from KGB Deals so i am extremley annoyed that TrendyBanana have done this. I would never reccommend this company to anybody, i would warn people against using them. They have clearly taken my money and gone into hiding. It may not be a lot of money but when you dont have much money to spend on presents you try to find really good deals and i thought this was one.

Never mind rating one star there should be a zero star. Like many other customers I too ordered and paid for jewellery as christmas presents which should have been delivered around 5th December. After weeks in the run up to christmas, I left voicemail after voicemail and email after email with no response whatsoever and none of the items have been delivered to date then they closed one week before Christmas! I was absolutely furious having to go out and buy alternative gives at additional expense. I only wonder now just how long it will take to get a full refund from them!
On 29th November 2013 I’ve purchased three sets of “Freshwater Pearl Triset” for the cost of £29.97 (as a Christmas presents) from the website: www.trendybanana.com (via Mighty Deals).
The goods supplied as part of this deal are not of satisfactory quality.
The jewellery sets were not a Freshwater Pearl sets. The sets are made from a glass or plastic beads. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 the items should be as described of a satisfactory quality. This means as the Pearl Sets turns out to be faux I am entitled to a full refund.
I've returned the sets (with my complain letter) by Royal Mail but I’ve heard nothing from them since. Date of return: 19.12.13
I am very upset with the fraud and I wish my money back as soon as possible.

I had the same experience (via Wowcher though) Goods took 1 month to complete processing and arrive- damaged and looking horribly cheap. Did yours arrive on time? What was the quality like? Was the packaging sufficient? I had to hand over cash gifts instead as I couldn't give these two awful Swarovski elements sets (having recived them on the 24th December I had no time to seek an alternative). I wrote to Trendy Banana for a FULL refund including P+P(copied to the Officeof FairTrade) by 29th December, still heard nothing back and it's 9th January...are they are rip-off enterprise...we shall see!
Insulting Rip-off, Inconsiderate Customer Service
I received the goods by post on 23rd December, and had to collect the package from the parcel office on the 24th December which was an irritating start and doesn't help gain my confidence or loyalty. I ordered my voucher on 23rd November.
List of dissatifaction
1. Inconsiderate approach TB took the maximum lead-in time to dispatch goods, especially given the fact that Christmas was approaching this is most unhelpful to the customer.
2. I was charged for 2x P+P inspite of the fact that both sets were ordered together, and packaged together. Unfair/unreasonable costs.
3. The packaging was not sufficient- proven by the fact that the bars of the earrings were bent on receipt. Damaged goods.
4. Gross misrepresentation. The product itself looks 'cheap' whilst being marketed as a more expensive set which has been greatly reduced from 119 pounds, originally (according to your website 119 was a SALE price). I wouldn't have paid 1.99pounds let alone 19.99pounds or more.
5. Poor Design No matter who tried the necklace, or how we tried to postion it, it did not 'sit' well in a postition which flattered the wearer of the crystals- fundamental design flaw.

Ordered some jewellery via DiscountVouchers with this company. Monies taken from bank account almost instantly late November. Now in mid December and still no items delivered. Several email responses stating goods on way, please wait another 3/4 days. Still nothing. Latest response via email is that they're closed for Christmas!! Do not order any items from this company when link has come from DiscountVouchers!!
