Recently (Dec 17) purchased Superdry coat for partner for £86.02 online, waited for delivery so chased with no response, received tracking information on the day it was delivered. after waiting a while received a fake Burberry coat instead shipped from China although website says Denmark! Distraught as really wanted that coat, have now lost money and probably won’t get a refund. Please stay clear of this website. It is now going to cost me money returning the coat for nothing. Translated website return policy and apparently no refunds are provided. Not sure what else I can do as no contact from so called owner. Also, found out website IP is based in either Seychelles or Germany!!
