I have been having a tough time in getting one item exchanged. I had ordered one top 3 months back. It was loose on me so I had requested for a replacement with another top which was of £17 and by now I have paid £40 on it (which includes the reshipping fee, difference of price between the original order item and replacement item, and postal charges incurred to return the original order item).
After the return item reached Tidestore(China) they have dispatched my replacement order however the store which I have requested for delivery got closed 3 weeks before (after the order was already dispatched by Tidestore)
I have been following since then, dropped so many emails to Tidestore Customer service team requesting them to liaise with the carrier team and arrange the delivery to my residence address but they have just stopped responding to my emails. It's really mean on their part and highly disappointing and frustrating. I have also contacted Landmark global(which is even pathetic as you cant call them and can only contact them by filling a eform on their website) as per the below details provided to me by Tidestore team:
The shipping method is ChinaPost .
However I have not received any reply from Landmarkglobal either.
Tidestore stuffs are really nice in terms of quality and design but they are a big failure in terms of commitment towards customer. Sorry to say but I don't know how far they can go with such an attitude.Is this a known problem?
