Poor Quality. Dreadful After Sales Customer Care.
I purchased a Breton men’s jumper for £110. After wearing it four times, I noticed several holes in the jumper. I contacted the seller who was most dismissive and suggested that the holes could only have been caused by moths. I explained that the jumper in question was neatly stored in a wardrobe, along with other wool jumpers, with moth protection as a precaution. I maintain that the jumper was faulty, as the wool was disintegrating and snagging. I reported this to the Nautical Company and received a dismissive and rude reply. I will be forgiven for concluding that Customer Care Standards are in short supply at the Nautical Company.

Superb Quality And Amazing Delivery
I bought this jumper from the Nautical Company website. I placed my order at 3pm on Friday and it was delivered by Royal Mail at 9.30am on Saturday. Delivery was free too. Wow. Packing was great and the quality of the jumper is outstanding. Exactly what I wanted. If there was one area to improve with this company it would be to try and get across the quality (and weight) of the goods from the pictures on their site.
That said it is still a great site with plenty of information about each product to help in the purchaser and I am definitely delighted with what I bought.
