I ORDERED SOME CYCLING SHORTS FOR MY PARTNER VIA AMAZON. UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE TOO SMALL AND I HAD TO RETURN THEM THROUGH ROYAL MAIL. THE PARCEL WAS NEVER RECEIVED BY TENN OUTDOORS AND HAD GOT LOST ALONG THE WAY. EVEN THOUGH THE ITEM HAD NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY TENN OUTDOORS THEY VERY GENEROUSLY REPLACED THE ITEM FREE OF CHARGE WITHOUT ANY QUIBBLE. SO REFRESHING TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT PUTS THE CUSTOMER FIRST REGARDLESS OF THE COST AND PROFIT.I SHALL CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.
