Avoid!!!!!

They delayed the original dispatch date, and after assuring me on the phone of a new guaranteed delivery date I received a text message and an email confirming the items had been dispatched.

When the item had not arrived I rang them to get the tracking number to find out THE ORDER HAD NOT BEEN DISPATACHED.

The order now did not arrive on time so was of no use.

They have agreed to refund half the cost as I gave the t shirts away to the people who had paid for them so could not return them.

2 months late and I still haven't received the refund.

This company is genuinely the worst company I have dealt with, so I would strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs!!

I spent a large amount of money on an order of t-shirts. When they arrived 3 of them had major miss prints. I asked for these to be redone. When these arrived one was printed on the entirely wrong t-shirt and all 3 had the image printed at the wrong size.

I then spent 12 days trying to get hold of them, emails, website submitted forms and even twitter, but they seemed determined to ignore me. Not good for a company that claims next day delivery.

Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Come Across

I have ued thi company on a number of occaion and have to admit that bar one colour iue the overall quality of the product have been good.

aying that if omething goe wrong then the nightmare begin. The webite ha a cutomer ervice portal where iue can be raied. Then ignored and then apparently magically olved even though it han't.

Like other I ordered an item, this time for someones birthday. After the 14 days the T&Cs quote for arrival I started to write to them via the portal. Lots of promises but no delivery. After a month with the birthday approaching I called them and it was agreed the order would be cancelled (as it hadnt started printing- an issue with their supplier) and a refund issued. After two weeks, five more calls and a dispute raised with PayPal I still have no refund. Oh and don't ever expect to speack to a manager(always out) and there are at least two Debbies there with the same voice!! Even after the refund was agreed they updated my order tatu a despatched, but no item delivered

Its a hame cause the products are good when they arrive but twice bitten I will necver return.

Awful Do Not Use

I placed an order on 2 June for 6 vest tops for a hen weekend on 27 June and opted for the 40 percent off option ie 3 week delivery, being assured that they would still arrive in plenty of time. I rang on Monday 17 June to check that the order was on schedule, explaining that I needed them no later than Tuesday 25 June as we were flying to benidorm for the hen weekend on Thursday 27 June early am. I was assured that they would be dispatched the following day so relaxed and carried on with the rest of the hen arrangements. However, they still hadn't arrived by Friday 21 June so I rang again to check on their progress to be assured again that they would be dispatched that day and I would get them on time. By Tuesday 25 June still without the vest tops I rang again and was told they had been posted and told to check the records of delivery with the post office. This I did, only to be told that there was no record of the delivery. I rang back and received an apology and a promise to send out an emergency replacement order of t shirts as they did not have the vest tops in stock. By Wednesday, still not having received a thing I then had to make alternative emergency arrangements to get vest tops printed resulting in additional costs as it was last minute. Of course, the order plus the emergency order both turned up on the Thursday when we had already left for the airport. Both orders were also wrong - both of them were t shirts and all the sizes were wrong. What I don't understand is how this company thinks it's fair to either its customers or staff to lie - don't make promises you can't keep street shirts, this is the first rule of customer service. Don't be fooled by the fact that they are cheaper than other printing companies and don't let their impressive website where you can make your own designs give you the impression that they are professional.

Deceitful. Avoid.

Avoid this company.

My experience:

- I wanted a t-shirt for a charity run in mid-June of this year.

- I placed an order in mid-May.

- I received an email on the day of the (originally) estimated dispatch saying that they were short-staffed and there would be a delay (no timescales advised of).

- I finally received a 'confirmation' of dispatch on 30.05.13, expecting 1st class delivery.

- Nothing ever arrived.

- I have had had several promises of a refund since. It is now October.

My suspicions: They knew they would be unable to honour their delivery estimate. They waited until they thought they had to tell me (instead of being honest up front). Who knows whether they actually produced & dispatched my product or not. They are struggling as a business and trying to survive by means of deceit instead of customer honesty.

I have never posted anything negatively of a company before as I understand how damaging these comments can be. However, some companies are simply not meant to be. This is one of them. Really good idea; terrible execution. Get this company out of the marketplace so that a good service can replace it.

No Customer Service At All, Very Poor, Never Again!

Seems like a great idea, but actually it is executed really badly. Don't pay any attention to their guarantees, they don't honour them. Whether you pay for a quick delivery time or not, you get it when feel like it. The website did not inform me of stock that they had run out of, and neither did they. I only found out after calling myself, after it had missed its delivery date. The customer service is virtually none existent. They just take your money and then don't care less.

I would like to have known honest delivery times and if they had what I wanted in stock.

False Promises, Terrible Management, Useless Cust. Service

It is my second time ordering from this company and never again. Even though their fabric and print quality is not bad, the way they fail at managing operations or customer service is so frustrating and misleading that they should not be in business. If you are tempted because of the false promise of a quick turnaround, walk away now. What they are effectively doing is luring you on to the website and then failing to deliver for as long as your patience will last.

It has been two weeks since I placed my second order. Design was too cumbersome because of technical issues with their website. Once the payment was taken, I received no official confirmation for days - be it as a screen shot or an e-mail. It took me four days to locate a phone number to call and speak with someone since they were unashamedly sending generic e-mail responses to specific requests to no avail. That number is 0113 263 9722.

They realised a long week later that none of the garments in my order were in stock for production (not even one of six different items covering adults, children, both sexes and styles). They promised to have all shipped out last week (a week past their due date). But today another five days after they should have shipped out, I found out and that they have now realised that my design may be too complicated to print and that they may have to issue me a refund. The person who should have been watching things were away and that his boss should have done it but he didn't, etc. is the tone of the customer service calls you will be making.

They have not met any of the service guarantees they promote on their website and further engagement with their helpline is unbearable. I thoroughly regret the fact that I have given them a second chance and would like to warn anyone considering a smooth transaction. There are many others out there that deserve the chance.

Do Not Give These Frauds Your Money

I used streetshirts to order a running vest for my first ever marathon back in June 2013. I was running for a good cause and wanted to run wearing a top highlighting it. I left it a little late, but still had 4 working days to spare from the estimated delivery date, so reckoned I'd be OK. I stayed up till 2am designing my perfect running top.

The top never arrived, and I was very disappointed. There was no time to try anywhere else. I never got my photos of me proudly finishing the race while supporting my good cause.

I felt a little mollified when Streetshirts promised they'd refund me. This was July 2013. I waited and waited and finally contacted them last week. No reply a week later. I contacted them again on Friday, still no reply.

Now I see these reviews I realise that this is par for the course: this company takes your money, then doesn't deliver and doesn't refund. I believe this is a crime: theft.

If I do not receive a refund soon I will explore first my options with the trading standards institute and then the police.

To add insult to injury this is the worst ever company I have ever encountered for spam. A daily email promising products and service which I know now to be entirely false.

Genuinely Very Impressed

I usually am not one to take time to write reviews, but on this occasion I make an exemption.

I was genuinely very impressed; start to finish. Creating the online design was very simple, the design function (of getting rid of the excess background/cropping) was fantastic. It was my first self design, so this was very much a prototype my end, and with the help of a voucher code the cost was very cheap.

The shirt arrived very quickly, professionally packaged. The t-shirt was heavy made, quiet a generous size fitting, and the printing spot-on.

I was kept up to date with despatch info.

Being very happy with the service, I will most definitely be using Streetshirt again soon.

Do you own the company, judging by many of the reviews I'm reading and my own experience, this company is shady to say the least. The customer service is appalling and the t-shirt I ordered size XL fits me at a size 8, had the lettering misspelled and the image was shocking.

Now I'm just being fobbed off with one excuse after another in order to get a refund. It would seem to me that as they have just incorporated under another trading name and given that many reviews say that they have been waiting a LONG time for a refund (6 months +) that this company is not completely on the up and up.

The Best Provider In Market

We have ordered 200 shirts for picnic. We have sent a very complex design for those shirts.But, they did the job ,perfectly. Highly creative and best provider in market.We will use them again in future. They also shipped very fast and with good packing.We received all product ,without any single unwanted spot.
