I ordered a personalised leotard, shorts, hoodie & t-shirt for my son from them. Took months & many emails before I finally received the leotard & shorts in the wrong colour & no hoodie or t-shirt. I was so polite & supportive to them & very patient, but they ended up stopping responding to emails, telephone numbers were not in operation, address is a shared business address in Manchester. Never got my money back & never got the hoody or t-shirt paid for & no rectification of the leotard & shorts. Avoid this company, they take your money & don’t care about the customers.

I ordered a persnonalised leotard and shorts for my daughter’s birthday in January and they have never arrived. I have emailed this company and received no replies. From looking online they seem to have ceased trading or disappeared, taking everyone’s money with them. Should they re appear- do not order from this company ever!

ordered leotard for granddaughter for xmas sent wrong one emailed sent pictures as requested said they would send right one before xmas never turned up emailed loads of times would not answer emails had to get in touch with bank to get my money returned would not deal with this company again just don't care about customer would have had more luck talking to a brick wall wish I had read revues before ordering for them do not use them uslees

Never ever buy anything from this company. In April 2018 we ordered our clubleos. We made the payment of £420 and the company never delivered our leos. They have promised to send the money but nothing. Last thing we did hear from them was in November where they promised to send us pur money. They won't respond to our e-mails and keep blocking us on Instagram when trying to contact them now. As they now have taken a pause with their company it is pretty clear this so called company stole our money! NEVER buy from this company.

After purchasing from Star leotards we had to send several emails chasing delivery to all we got back was a story saying it had been dispatched. Then 3 weeks later after more unanswered emails we had no choice but to contact our bank assuming the company was fraudulent. At this stage we had told star leotards we were going to do this but they still didn’t have decency to reply. Only after doing so did our purchase arrive. Due to the time frame approx 8 weeks we had given up and purchased the same product elsewhere. As soon as we had received the deliveries we had an incredibly poorly written email from clearly an ill educated person abusing us for reporting them and eventually calling us thieves !!!! They refused to collect the item just threaten us with legal action. I’ve not ever left a review but due the poor service I have received I feel it is only right. Looking at others I’m not alone

This company shouldn't be trading. i ordered a leotard on 8th Feb 2018 and now still haven't received it. I have emailed them numerous occasions, every week i was told it would be with me this week. Once they asked for my order confirmation again and they would post and give me the tracking details. surprise surprise no tracking details or now no reply to emails when requesting a full refund. Complete waste - NO ONE EVER BUY FROM THESE Looking on this review site im not the only one to have this issue and i wish i had searched reviews first.

This is the only ever review I have written, and only because I feel so strongly about the way star leotards have been so unprofessional as a company , I ordered my daughters leotard on the 6 th of December and was told it was going to with me before Christmas I then followed it up and after telling me that yes I would have it in time for Christmas I was then emailed to say first week in January after numerous emails and proof Of order I sent an email asking for a refund in which i had to send four times I was yesterday asked for my order no yet again ! They are unbelievable I have never dealt with people so full of deceit how is this company still trading!! I am still waiting on my leotard and a reply! Unless they meant Christmas 2018 !!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... I’ve received 2 faulty air tracks, glue all over them, puncture holes in them, absolutely horrendous quality! Communication started well till I wanted a refund! Now they will not reply to me! It’s now 3 months since I ordered, I’ve spent £300 and have nothing to show for it!

I am unsure how star leotards continue to trade. The 6m air track we purchased is of a sub standard quality. Seems difficult to inflate and I'm having the same issues as other reviewers! I've emailed but had no response. Shocking. I have reported the company to trading standards

These air tracks are not safe. They do not inflate like the "proper" air tracks! Please do not buy. I'm going to ask for a refund as my boy could hurt himself with this! Customer service is bad

Same issue as other star leotard reviews, ordered personalised leotard for daughters christmas pressie, was promised it was 'in the post' 'be with you next week' so many times. Was promised it would be with me in time for Xmas after asking them if they could not fullfill my order to please let me so I can order from elsewhere and not disappoint my daughter. After chasibg again, was informed on 21st Dec it was being worked on that day. Got email that night off them stating they was sorry but it would not be with me until first week of Jan. After a few emails reminding them I was miss lead, miss informed and basically lied to they stated it was due to a broken machine. said they were lead to believe on three occasions that somebody was coming out to fix it, which would enable them to fullfill orders. Unfortunately nobody ever turned up. They stated they had to order a new one from Germany. I told them they should have just been open and honest with me and they apologised and said they would 'make it up to me'. I'm still waiting for my leotard which was supposed to have arrived early last week after asking after it again two weeks ago. Requested a refund last week, and now nobody is responding to my emails. Not a happy customer at all!

I ordered a leotard on 30th November and they "guaranteed" it for Christmas. I chased them a week before Christmas and they said they had sent it out! This was a complete lie as the next email when I chased them in early January said they could do it now or give me a refund. It's 25th January and I am still waiting. I also have a VERY disappointed 8 year old niece.

I've had the exact same issue! Ordered on 10th October was told and promised it was on its way, will be posted and promised it would be with me all the way until 21st December when I was told it would not be with me. I'm still waiting for it! Had a sad 7yr old on Xmas day. He apologised and said it was machinery issues. I was told last week I would get it this week but it's another no show. I've requested a refund. Nobody is now replying to my emails. Not happy.

I've had nothing but issues with this company. Ordered an air track which is faulty and thy are saying it needs more air! It is impossible!!! The item is not inflating fully! Now not answering my emails! Luckily my bank are taking it into their hands! As they say.. buy cheap... buy twice!

I have been ordering my club leotards from Star Leotards and it started off really well. I put in a new order for two leotards on the 30th October and I am still awaiting delivery they have now stopped answering my emails. I really do not know what else to do, the service is really poor.

I ordered an air track from here and when it arrived it was dirty and scratched, it came with no instructions on how to set up. It took ages to blow up, and It blew up most of the way but when it got to the end all the air came out. I finally was able to blow it up all the way and I started to use it. It was awful as it felt like it wasn't blown up enough, and you touched the floor when you jumped. I ordered a new one and sent the old one back and it came exactly the same. very disappointed and will never be buying this again.

I ordered a leotard for my daughter from this company first week of May 2017 started to chase for the delivery early June as web site stated could take a month to deliver. Since then a dozen emails sent with only 3 replies to the first 5, all stating on each occasion that the item was being posted that day. The last promise of delivery from Star Leotards was my daughters delivery would be posted 3 weeks ago. Unless they are walking it from Manchester I can't believe it has ever or, will ever be sent. If you read this review and go ahead with a purchase from this company then don't say you were not warned. Appalling customer service and total false information from the Web site contact. Have requested a refund, can't imagine that they will. Dreadful company, they have caused upset to my daughter who has for weeks been looking forward to getting the leotard. Simon

I ordered from them a couple of years ago, it took about three weeks for the leotard to arrive, the wrong style arrived but my daughter still liked it. I ordered from them again on the 21st April 2017 but still have not received the leotard. I have chased it up three times now and always get told I will recieve it next wk!!!

I ordered a leotard from star leotards for daughter to say well done for passing her 3 month trial I contacted them after I had not received it after 2 weeks to be told it can take up to 30 days to receive a leotard but mine should arrive the following week. The following week came and went again I contacted the person I dealt with I was asked for my order number again, I gave this and then never heard anything back. I have now asked to cancel my order and for them to refund my money and as of yet I have heard nothing again. I would not recommend this site at all

Having read lots of bad reviews, I contacted Star Leotards before placing an order to check on delivery time and was assured the leotard I wanted would arrive within 14 days. We are now 21 days along and still no sign of it. Wish I hadn't bothered. My daughter saved up for weeks for this leotard and is so desperate for it to arrive.

I am in talks with the credit card company for a full refund. Our track was awful but he has insisted there is nothing wrong with it!

I too am trying the credit card company but if I have no luck I will take them to small claims. It’s terrible that businesses like this are allowed to operate! They basically just take your money and run
