I can not tell you enough NOT to use this site. He/she takes your money aand nothing ever arrives. Don't say you weren't warned!! I am going to get in touch with trading standards etc to shut him down. He also has a facebook page where he removes any comments about not receiving leotards.

Do not use this company. I ordered on 24th November and kept chasing to ensure I would receive the leotard before Christmas. They promised faithfully that I would have it and have since sent a completely useless, terrible quality, orange leo when I ordered patterned pink. The one I wanted will now not be ready until January. This is unacceptable. I have asked for a refund and return postage costs which I now have to wait 10 days for. They have removed the comment option from their facebook page as everyone was complaining. I will certainly not be using this company again and will be warning all of my friends against them.

I bought 2 leotards on the 26th of October and still haven't received them. On contacting them last week I was advised twice they would be with me this week. Still nothing. There isn't great communication and I certainly would not recommend them.

Never recieved goods even though they kept telling me they were posting it. 6 weeks and still no leotard and they have stopped answering my emails, blocked messages on Facebook and won't refund us. Please be warned I rang another gymnastic company and they have heard of lots of complaints about this company!!

I run a small gymnastics club, we had previously used Milano for our leotards but as we are such a small club we could no longer meet their new minimum order numbers, so needed to find a new supplier. I had ordered single leotards from them previously, they were great quality and value for money and were delivered pretty fast. So when looking for a new supplier I instantly thought of them. All correspondence went through nicely and we quickly agreed on a design that wasn't too dissimilar to our original leotards. In February 2016 I placed and order for £485 worth of leotards with a turn around period of 4 weeks maximum. This came and went with the promise each week that they were just being finished off, they would be delivered next week. 6 weeks later I contacted them again and was told that bespoke leotards can take longer - up to 3 months. To say I was upset/cross is an understatement but not wanting a break down in our dealings I played nicely. Still the same promises as previous. They then began to not reply to my emails or answer phone calls. I have been in touch with Trading Standards, Consumer Advice, the Police, everyone you can think of and followed all advice given to me. My request for a refund was turned down and I was told I would get the leotards "when they are ready". In August 2016 I tried one last attempt via Facebook messenger. I received an apology and the explanation that the purple had been left off their original fabric order from China so they had had to wait for another delivery, they were sorry and that the leotards would be with us by the end of the next working week. We are now nearly 2 months passed this and I still have nothing to show my gymnasts and even if the leotards do arrive now they will most probably not fit them anyway! Please please please avoid this company. I have very cross parents and very sad gymnasts on my hands with no hope of me ever being able to replace their leotards and no sign of us ever receiving them!!

Ordered a leotard never delivered , tried to contact via email , Facebook and by phone . Phone number not in use , never returned my emails and blocked me on Facebook . Terrible customer service . I have reported them they should be shut down !!!

Similar story from me. Ordered 3 leos with this 'company' only to be told after 2 months that most people would be happy to wait and be lied to and messed around for that amount of time! No apology. Just got blocked for posting an honest review so i set up a page named Star Leotards Real Reviews on facebook so people can leave Honest feedback and not be censored

I ordered nearly 40 leos for my clubs display,(gave them 5weeks to complete our order) the leos were not delivered and they have refused to give us a refund saying they will send our leos out... This was a month ago.. I cant believe they are getting away with.. I have now been block on fb for posting links to this site..

I have set up.this facebook page for those of us that have been blocked for telling the truth about being ripped off. Feel free to submit your review. I feel it may help many others that are in our situation as i certainly wouldnt have ordered from these conartists had i read some honest reviews first instead of the hand picked flowery ones that they allow on their page

They have said that all information provided to them is shared with Trading Standards so we must all report issue's to them otherwise nothing will be done! Please please do this!

Bought a leotard on 10th August 2015. Was sent wrong one so returned it. Replacement never arrived. Lots of contact via facebook messages. Have been promised refunds via paypal then by cheque, then by bank transfer. Various excuses given as to why these haven't happened. Almost a year later I am still waiting for my leotard or a refund. Awful customer service - avoid using this company! I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the leotard. Not sure what I can do next to try to get my money back.

Did not deliver my item, have not refunded my money, are ignoring my emails and have now blocked me on facebook and deleted my comments. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Another customer has reported them to the police, and I have reported to Trading Standards.

Ordered 10 leotards for a school team back in February 2016. It is now MAY and they have not arrived. The company ignore all messages and I am now going through Citizens Advice and Trading Standards in order to get my money back. Their customer service is abysmal and they just make excuse after excuse. Anyone thinking about using the company - don't bother - choose a reputable company - you will pay more but in the end you will receive the goods!

Awful customer service - I would not recommend this leotard manufacturer to anyone. I only wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing as my experience is seemingly echoed for lots of other customers. I ordered my Leo in early April, as a birthday present for my daughter in early May. The order receipt did state a wait of up to 30 days for delivery which gave me plenty of time. However the 30 days came and went, and after emailing them I was told it would be delivered that next week (1 week after the due date). That deadline came and went as well. emails to the company then went unanswered, neither phone number is connected when trying to ring them, and despite their "contact us" section stating that a facebook message is the best way to contact them they routinely block anybody contacting them to chase orders on facebook from sending messages, and will delete any posts about order chasing from their facebook page, and will block you from accessing their facebook page. Still waiting for a refund. Avoid like the plague, especially for large group orders or competition leotards that need to be there for a certain date.

This company keeps saying it has posted the leotard ,but of course it never arrives. Have been waiting weeks and still no sign of it Seems like everyone is having the same problem with them . Will never deal with again. Trying to get my money back.

I ordered the 4th March and I am still waiting. I waited the 30 days as per the website before making contact and was told the leotard would be with me the next week... It didn't turn up. Contacted again last Saturday and was told it had been posted that day... 7 days later still no leotard. I wish I had read reviews first and I now know of a number of parents who have also received terrible service. Either employ more staff or offer less choice and get caught up with your orders! I will never use again and do my best to ensure no one I know does either.

I've had much the same responses and problems as the other reviewers on this page. Two leotards ordered in December, lots of excuses and no delivery! Just a note that if you've paid by Barclaycard and you ring them they will refund your money and take up the dispute with the company which I have done today.

30 day delievery. Still waiting email got reply it would be with me the same week never arrived emailed again told it be with me the next week still never arrived now blocked from Facebook page leftt God knows how many messages on phone and no reply emailed via daughters Facebook and had reply he was in hospital and would be with me this week well this week is about finished and still nothing I been requesting a refund for 2 weeks now and will the hell give me my cash back well its a crime what your doing and I won't stop until I close you down now. Now refund me cash
