I placed my order 7 weeks ago, iv had no reply to emails, they don't answer the telephone and done reply to sent messages on Facebook, basically they have taken my hard earned money. This company advertises on lots of sites they are bad, I have read so many bad reviews all saying the same thing

Today is the 14th working day, no e-mail contact, Your order is confirmed You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Track order with Shop I have tried numerous times by phone, every call timed out.....NO REPLY! e-mails sent.....NO REPLY! Is this the way to run a business...? Maybe this is the new way, bury your head in the sand & ignore, hoping the customer will go away...?

Save your money and go elsewhere they send me half my order ignored my emails. I opened a case with PayPal and the seller uploaded the same picture twice so it looked like I had received both parcels.

Certainly won't be ordering from you again, that's why it's just in my basket. Terrible customer service experience. Emails not replied to, telephone number that no one answers and the main thing, my order never arrived!! Should have checked your reviews as they state everything sbout your customer service (sorry, lack of it). Strange too that you don't respond to any negative reviews, wonder why?

I have been waiting four weeks for delivery of a £69.99 jacket which was ordered for a friends funeral, as he requested we all wear rugby parphernalia at his funeral. Despite earlier assurances that the jacket was on its way (14th January) and on 23rd ( unacceptable, and I am looking into this from you) - never heard back from him!

I bought an item from this company in June. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. The item itself looked to be decent enough quality but sadly by the time it arrived it was no longer required due to circumstances outwith anyone's control. I E-mailed to say i was returning the item and gave the reason why, I also included a note in the parcel stating i wanted a refund. I waited 10 days before contacting them, there response was to ask for a tracking number which i supplied. I waited another 5 days still nothing. No refund or response. I an intending to contact paypal to see if they can intervene to help get the refund and i might even report them to trading standards so as no one else has to endure bad service. If i had read the reviews before purchasing from this "Company" i would never have done so. Really poor or even non existent customer service.

Do not buy from this company. We have waited two months for a £140 order, and still nothing. Even the empty excuses have dried up.Emails are now ignored. Terrible in every way.

I ordered two shirts (with the agreement that I would send one back i.e. keep the one that fits). To the seller's credit, they were good quality items, but I had a change of heart having tried the garments on, because neither actually fitted very well (which admittedly is not the trader's fault). I asked if I could return them both, and cover postage costs, which would be fair based on the 'Refund Policy' stated on the trader's website (as long items are unused and in the same condition as when they were received). However, the only communication I've had via email simply stated: 'Please note all garments are made to order'. I sent subsequent emails, to get confirmation that it was ok to send the items back as per the Refund Policy, but got one line emails in reply (listed below): 'Do you have the tracking number for the return?' - even though I never said I had initiated the return; I was awaiting his reply / confirmation. He said 'Please include order number', even though I had already provided the order number several times. I have called the business number provided, incessantly, but it just rings out every time I can only assume that any positive reviews are from friends, or from the lucky few who have not had to suffer the frustrating, horrendous after sales service. This is the kicker - the guy produces some good quality items, so he's probably getting by and making a living on the assumption that unhappy customers will eventually give up and stop 'chasing' him. I am no such customer.

I’m having the same exact experience right now, I leave the country in two day’s, but as far as he knows I leave today, and still no shirt. I have been contacting him since the middle of March 2022, the first shirt that I ordered came later than the expected time online, which made it a late birthday present. I had to email him for him to say it will be here tomorrow. I personally thought he didn’t ship it out until I would email, as it happened again when I went to exchange. I didn’t get the exchanged shirt until i emailed. Now I’m currently still trying to get my replacement for this shirt as I’ve had advice from multiple seamstresses that the fit’s stitching is faulty. I told him on the 8th of July that I’m not in the country after the 20th, and could he possibly get it to me before then. But he never responds to anything you put in the email, he gives the shortest replies. No customer service skill at all, as I didn’t even get my refund that he ‘tried’ to give to me, asking me to check my bank when I waited days to see if the refund for the postage would come, it never did, I eventually had to give that part up in hopes that I will just get my partners important birthday gift. I have emailed twice since the 8th about any updates but they have not responded at all.
I want to report them, as I know that no good company would allow this

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear you're having a similar experience. I eventually got my money back after about 3 months, and several emails, and several Facebook messages.
It really was an emotionally draining experience and it makes me sad to see that he - this one man band, I assume - still somehow seems to get 5 star reviews from other customers, which makes his overall rating 'ok' (3.4 out of 5, atm).
There is so much evidence in the other 1 star reviews, and also on Facebook, that people have been completely let down by this guy, he presumably makes a living from relying on poor, emotionally drained customers to just give up, and consider it not worth their time or energy to chase their money anymore. And by the looks of it, somehow he gets away with it time and time again.
My advice is to keep pestering him, via email, and via Facebook. There is no point calling the phone number provided because it does not get answered no matter what time of day you ring, and no matter how many times you try, but DO NOT GIVE UP. Do not let this guy win. He is everything that is wrong with this backwards world we live in.

Hi! I’m glad you eventually sorted it out:) I’m definitely planning on pestering him until I get it sorted as this was really important for me. He knew that, and I didn’t wanna be an awkward customer, knowing how people can be in retail. But yes, I think you’re spot on. I solely believe it’s just him, especially with the address on the contact, the time it took and because i assume he orders from multiple different merchandise sites. He claimed he was going to ‘speak to his manager’ but I didn’t really believe that. I could be wrong though. My parents did actually try ringing him twice but after the first time I knew he wouldn’t answer the second time we tried later on in this situation either haha.
Thank you for the advice, I’m definitely never going to give this matter up because of the monetary and sentimental value in it.

ordered a garment as a Christmas present for My Brother in Mid- December. it is now Mid-February and nothing has arrived! Nobody answers the phone and had a rather unhelpful Email pointing out that delivery takes 15 working days!!! the only thing that has run efficiently is deducting the Money from my card. avoid this front

Sent me an item in the wrong size and asked me to return it, this was in December. Still haven’t received a refund or a replacement item! AVOID! Shocking business. The top that was sent was horrific quality anyway

If you buy from these, don't buy a surprise present as it seems they don't do refunds. Stating clothes are made to order. Something that should pop up on the checkout which has to be aknowledged before proceeding.

Ordered a brentford Harrington jacket for my husband Xmas present. Delivery came as provided. However the wrong logo was on jacket. Was told I would have replacement by xmas. Still not received after keep being told have this in 7 days. We have sent the other jacket back and still not received the correct order. The phone no just rings and not been answered and very slow responding to my emails. Terrible customer service.

Ordered 4Xl Harrington Enquired about delivery was messaged back WITHIN 7 DAYS ...7 days came and went ..NO JACKET....Asked again was told can take up to 14 days true but why wasn't told this on first enquiry....asked again...wa gonna dispatch....so asked for tracking info....got reply....TRACKING INFO FOLLOWING SHORTLY ??? still nothing...so ordered .contacted Club who's badge was gonna be on jacket and they said this company had nothing to do with them abd were not endorsed by them.This is my dealings with them and have indicated I wish to cancel this order...I won't recommend them but if you believe some of these reviews ??? Make up your own minds....

I ordered a hoody as a Xmas present for my husband on 30 November 2021, I got an email a week before Xmas to say it had been delivered. When I contacted Royal mail they told me it was delivered to a different post code and to contact sloganite. They told me if I didn't receive it by Xmas eve to contact them! Of course it didn't come as we already knew it had been delivered to the wrong address! I keep emailing them to please send it or refund my £60! They keep saying they've ordered me a new one! The last email said it would be here in 7 days and to tell them so they can refund delivery costs....That was on the 11th January 2022! My husband is still waiting for his Xmas present!

Ordered Christmas jumper beginning of December, emailed and called, email reply said jumper on its way.waited and waited no jumper. Told them I didn't want jumper anymore and offered postage refund. Didn't take it as I don't believe anything they say . Got refund through PAYPAL cannot comment on quality as never got to see it .I can only say my experience was not good ,so you can pay your money and take your chances. Me I won't be using again

Would not recommend! I have chased delivery of my order for almost 2 months and all they say is "your order will be with you this week".
