Absolutely horrendous company. First of all, they use completely misleading images on their website. From what I have seen since my experience shopping with them, what your order is nothing like what you receive. I placed an order for 5 items and read the T&Cs thoroughly where it said you could wait for up to a month. Well, I waited almost 2 months. I emailed them, I messaged them on Facebook and Twitter and nothing. The customer service (seems a sham calling them that) are more than willing to help you before you place an order, to ensure they get your money, but once you have paid, there is no way of getting in touch. There is an online chat which specifically says you cannot use it for after sale queries. When I finally got in touch with someone (after threatening to approach the appropriate authorities about them) they told me my order "was still processing" - almost 7 weeks after placing the order?!!? And I wouldn't know that at all as they do not get in touch with customers to let them know if there is an issue with their order. They then offered me 5% discount off on my next order as compensation. What a flipping joke!! I demanded a full refund immediately and only received it when I again threatened to contact the appropriate authorities. They were rude and unpleasant the entire time. If you need further validation of the awful way this company operates - check their facebook page. They should not be allowed to be in business. Save yourself time, money and your sanity and order elsewhere.

My wife made an order from their website back in August 2014. Which she asked me to pay for, which i did via PAYPAL (£80). It is now October 21st and no sign of any of her 7 items. I am putting it down to a lesson learned. ALWAYS look at the reviews before ordering anything. This company had nothing but BAD REVIEWS!

Do not order from this site, horrible customer service, they give you apologies but not your money back. I submitted an order and just showed as processing for a month, when I finally had it and opened a ticket they just kept saying items not in stock, when I made my purchase items appeared as in stock, Is been more than a month and I still don't have my money back.

I am so disappointed from this website called Sammydress because I placed an order for 5 items in this website to try it for the first time on 1st may and i know it's a national holiday; first they didn't give me choices for shipping, my payment was 35.21$ They add insurance 1.63$ (they didn't ask me if i want it or not)+ delivery and shipping 21.87$ ( Which is too much for me comparing by the items total it's almost the same and they didn't show me the other options for shipping) + traking number 1.99$ ( for the first time i know that the tracking number should be paid for). The total was 57,18$ (which means almost double the price of the order, too much). Although this tracking number is wrong i couldn't track it anywhere neither the china air post nor DHL nor Fedex nor EMS. Second, and this is the main point that i did not receive my clothes till now the 28th may and I don't know where is it. I want to advice the online customers not to deal with this website there are many other websites that more simple and clear also you will be in safe with them. Order number: M1405011143111546

i have ordered two separate packages from this website and im yet to receive my items... despite payments going through over three weeks now. All i have is an email stating that I would actually only get half of what I ordered because of stock unavailability. this email was two weeks ago, still items haven't arrived. the other package i paid special delivery about £20, to arrive between 3-5 days. its been 2weeks, i'm still waiting. can't ever get hold of anyone on their life chat and no one replies my query forms, All seems very fraudulent to me. if nothing arrive, i'm set to loose over £200. bad for on-line shopping, atrocious. i will never order from this site again. complete and utter false advertising!!!

I would advise everybody to not order from this site, There customer service is absolutely appalling. I paid for my item, shipping, insurance and a tracking number and haven't received my goods. When I look at my order it just say's 'processing' even though it is way over the processing time. They state on their website that if you submit a ticket with any questions that they will reply within 24 hours but this is not the case, I have submitted tickets many times and I'm still awaiting a response. I see they have time to constantly post pictures on Facebook but not enough to respond to any of my emails or messages, also if you read some of the comments on their Facebook page you will see lots of negative feedback, I just wish i'd read all the feedback before sending them my hard earned money!!! The price's seem reasonable but not if your never going to receive your items. I can't believe they can get away with it.

Sammy dress are very bad. They show items instock online but once you pay for them they are start telling you that items are not in stock while they already have your money with them. Second they send you a tracking number while they have not shipped you, your package and you start having false hopes and expectations Third when you have lost hope and decided to open a dispute with paypal they tell you to close it in order for them to ship your package while if you do that and they do not fulfll their end of the deal you do not get your money back. DONT BUY their stuff online it is not worth it. I paid for expedited shipping and its 3 good weeks I ended up with 2 tracking numbers and no clothes
