I am supposed to be an excellent client for Roman , and they used to be flexible , but unfortunately recently things changed. The customer service became terrible.
I shopped items on line and the sizes did not fit, so I returned them on 26th April, 2022. Still no refund despite two emails, one of them titled as unsatisfied customer. They don't even pick the phone and we are directed to voicemail. Poor customer service, Outdated returns policy.
