Now winter has well and truly arrived, I decided I needed to invest in some winter clothing, I wanted to get good quality items that would last me through many winters to come. I came across Pritchards online shop it had just what I was looking for, I purchased a Ralph Lauren hat, scarf and a pair of gloves. Delivery was free which was a massive bonus AND arrived in a really nice signature packaging box. the hat scarf and gloves are such high quality and were worth every penny. The whole experience start to finish was enjoyable, I could tell Pritchards really care about their customers however my only criticism is that there website isn't the best and needs a make over.
