I have just received my Dr Kel shoes after 10 years of trying to find a pair of shoes that fit with a foot splint, I am so pleased that these fit great. I have never been able to fit my foot with the splint on comfortably into a pair of shoes before and have always had to do with trainers which don't look good with a pair of smart trousers. I don't need them for everyday wear but on occasions when I have needed a pair of black shoes I have felt let down by other companies including the orthotics which could only offer me shoes made of material. When I have bought shoes before which have all had to go in the bin it would be good if you could mention that they are good for foot splints for people who have had strokes or for anybody who has to wear a splint. Thank you so much.

I ordered a pair of shoes in March, when they arrived they were the wrong ones and the quality looked suspect. They were returned and an invoice was sent to me saying I owed nothing. About a week later I received some promotional leaflets from them which included their brochure and the usual stuff to enjoy a half price spa and join a curry club etc. I had no interest in any of this and put it all in the recycle bin where it might end up with a more useful life. Two months later I received a bill for £2.99 saying this was the bill to join the curry club and since I had not sent these items back to them this was an agreement to join and the yearly fee was about £72.00. Since that time I have emailed them on numerous occasions to say I have not agreed to joining anything but they keep sending back automated emails saying they are sorry I no longer wish to be a member and I will be contacted shortly by someone, (I have never agreed to be a member), from the accounts department. Now received a bill from them stating minimum payment is now due for £16.81 and my total bill is £82.00 I have emailed again telling them I owe nothing and have not agreed to become a member and received an automated reply stating my account cannot be closed until I settle the money outstanding. This is becoming more and more frustrating as I seem unable to stop this trash coming through my door. They are also getting people to make agreements without them knowing by underhand tactics. I would like to see them closed down

I placed, only to find that after agreeing the deal, the following day they took more money out of my bank account than I aggreed to. I called them (at my expense - 14 minutes @ 10p/min) and cancelled the order. Thereafter, I have had nothing but hassle; the overpayment was refunded, but they failed to cancel the order, saying they could not (Too much trouble really!); the goods were delivered while we were out and were left in the open porch. I then had to phone again (at my expense but only 7 minutes this time) to arrange collection. Several days later the company advised me they had received them and would refund my payment. Since then, I have repeatedly requested that they remove all record of me from their system, but still they contact me. Take some advice - buy you goods elsewhere!

i received an email to say thank you for the order I contacted the company to say I do not have an account they said it was a key in error it would be cancelled and goods would not be sent out. goods then turned up at my door lots of hastle with company and rude staff plus my expense at sorting it out, now the goods have just been returned no apology from the company wont hold my breath to get my phone call money back. I did have account with them in 2010 then closed it down informed by company they do not close accounts in case people change their mind and want to reorder BUYER BEWARE.

I have received four orders from Premier Man. Two, I had paid for next day delivery and the goods did (in fact) arrive when promised. The other two were timely and received well within the timescale advised. I am very reassured by being able to track my delivery at all stages. I consider this a nice touch. I haven't had to return anything as yet. Like any clothes shopping, sizing is a bit of a gamble from one range to another. I was immensely impressed to place an order on Good Friday, late afternoon and see it arrive the very next day. The website is easy to navigate and clear. Bit cheeky to default to Next Day Delivery on the confirmation screen rather than Standard, but they can't really be condemned for this. Far too many reviews on here are, in essence, complaints because customers fail to read what is in front of them.

It's interesting that the reviews so far have been about the quality of the service. This is about the goods. I bought a man's winter vest for £16, and although it's cheaper than M&S at £22.50, it's a good deal less thick, and short sleeved. Buy the best!

We have dealt with Premier Man for many years, and always found their service and quality excellent, unlike another company we dealt with, and advertise on T.V.

I will not be buying anything from this company. I wish I hadn't ordered anything at all. Since I used this site I have had £10 per month taken from my account. £50 in total. I have not purchased anything as I returned the items.Apparently on this site. If you tick the box asking if you would like discounts off your next order. That is an agreement to pay a Shoppers Discount £10 per month, and they've already got your bank details from the Premier Man form you've already filled in. You have been warned!!!!! I was a premier man customer for two years, and I closed my account yesterday. They are a very unpleasent company to deal with, if you need to contact them by phone they charge 10 per min even to answer a problem which they caused. Their website and magazine offers are very misleading, I was caught out by their buy 2 of an item and get the 3rd free. I did not receive my 3rd free and when I contacted their customer service they made me feel like an idiot, they were condesending and arrogant in attitude, I never did receive my item to which I was entitled so I closed my account, infact my account was closed by their staff in mins of me making a payment, they react very badly to complaints, from what I have seen on websites they probably receive alot of complaints maybe they are sensative. They state free delivery in many of their magazine adds, again watch out for this, I never did receive free delivery they just add the cost on. If you contact them they will say it only applies to new customer placing a first order, or whatever else they can think up at the time. They have a bad reputation for providing credit on accounts, the interest rate is nearly 40% and from what I have heard they add additional charges and costs for any slight lateness in payment, and persue their debitors vigerously, night phoning and bullying tactics. In summary best buy elsewhere.

I ordered 2 times with this company. First time i requested next day delivery as items were in stock, they eventually arrives 2 weeks later. After 5 Emails and 10 days later I received a refund on the next day delivery. A month later I placed a second order, still not received. After 3 phone calls 12 emails (2 months) i still don't have their claims form. I found the site very good until something goes wrong and then service is very poor. For example their advice when I informed them I had not received my order was to re order again at my expense, before they even investigated. You cannot select another courier company or ask Herms (their own courier company) for more information as im not the account holder.

I shop on the internet a lot but started with Premier Man because my sister wanted things for her hubby (large sizes) and she does not have computer so I did it all for her. I have been very pleasantly suprised by the company - yes there have been odd hicoughs, but they have been dealt with very smoothly and effieciently, I would heartedly recommend them. I continue to use them for myself as well as family and their 'sister' companies on line - I do not use a credit account though, so cannot comment on that side of things. I know when to praise and when to damn and will do both freely when the need arises and this company deserves my praise. good points - Good delivery service, keeps you informed, able to track your orders and very prompt good customer service bad points - none yet after 2 years of shopping with them.

If that was the case (because customers fail to read what's in front of them) I ordered 2 pairs of trousers from this company, yes they came 2 days later and I was pleased with the quantity of them but must of forgot to read the bit where I have been charged TWICE for these items. I am still waiting for £23.90 refund , and told that this could take upto 7 working days! Quick to take the money twice tho...
