I paid to return a badly fitting pair of trousers and felt that I needed to take steps to ensure proof of posting (as per their policy on returns) therefore cost involved. I than received an email acknowledging receipt of goods but declaring an 8 to 10 day refund period....why?! I called on the 9th day and was given a flimsy excuse about lost paperwork and miraculously was then refunded instantly! Umm... I wonder how many people forget/overlook and don't chase! Shame has have been previous good customer but now have had this experience won't order again.
