“Good quality but Long Delivery Wait ”

Love the product, and happy with the quality and fit of the garments, however delivery says 2-4 days and both my orders have taken over 10 days:(

Has anybody been able to contact this company? Ordered 4 weeks ago still no parcel and still no answer.
