I needed a dress shirt from Muglers.com for a wedding and after not being able to get one in a timely mannner from Nordstrom's or Macy's, I decided to order one through Muglers because they offered what I thought was a good price and expedited shipping which would get the shirt to me in time to get it to the cleaners to be pressed and still have it for the wedding. I paid $30 for the expedited shipping and $65 for the shirt. The shirt arrived tp late to get to the cleaners to get it ironed so I returned the shirt in its original packaging material. It was bad enough that I got hosed on expedited shipping but a few days later, I received an email stating that that I incurred a $32.50 "re-stocking fee" because I didn't return a plastic insert which made the shirt non-resaleable. Not only did I return everything I received, I included the pins and the internal packaging within the plastic bag that the shirt was in and if there wasn't a plastic insert it was because they didn't send one. I sent a follow-up email asking them to document their claim and surprisingly, never heard back from them. I have never placed a complaint on the internet before but I was so incensed due to their lack of concern that I decided I needed to vent somewhere so this is it. Very disappointing.

been shopping for dress shirts for this winter. ended up at muglers and i mean to say what a selection. almost every brand in the world including my favorite Geoffrey Beene.

the best part are the prices. no coupons, no sale, no codes! they were better than amazon and macys by far with the pricing.

i have long arms so i have to shop around a lot to find what i need. not a problem here.
