I war down to Motolegends last week and was welcome at the door by a young man who not only enquired what I had come down for but offered me a coffee - which turned out to be the best coffee of the day. I wanted a set of Scott stretchy waterproofs I didn't have the chance to tell him what size I needed as he had already brought out the sizing which would be appropriate and they ARE. Tried them on, felt good, had my coffee and a chat. I left happy and recognised. I will be back

well worth a visit, service very good they take the time to get what you need. They know their products well so can give good advise. good stock we found the sizes we needed in trousers and boots. The trousers were altered free of charge and sent to us so we did not have to go back to the shop. Motolegends will be our first port of call when we require more motor cycle clothing.

Highly recommended by every mid-aged biker I know! The service was truly exceptional. They stock quality superior clothing and they know what works for you! I drove 2 hours to visit Motolegends and the effort was worth it. You will not find ‘cheap’ gear here but, extraordinarily, they guarantee to price match (and they honour that promise, refunding the difference plus 10%). No wonder Motolegends is so warmly acclaimed. The person I dealt with and his staff do an exceptional job. Thank you.

It appears Motolegends don't understand what it means to check items at the Picking & Packing stage. The sign documentation proving it's been done only to dispatch the wrong item. When this is challenged, the staff on the phone don't seem to understand their own internal procedures for returns and dispatch times. They don't offer delivery refunds - this has to be asked for. Their terms and conditions say it all. Avoid like the plague all day long. Try Urban Rider or the Sportsbikeshop but not these muppets, you're just asking for trouble and abuse.

I try not to make a habit of writing reviews, but I felt compelled to tell you that my partner absolutely loves the The Styler Gloves I ordered for him. #browniepoint I ordered them in the wrong size initially but returning was quick and easy and completely pain free. couldn't be happier with the quality of the gloves and the service I received from Motolegends was excellent. Ps I always get rather excited when your magazine gets delivered through the door. great retro styling and the male models are very easy on the trained eye (obviously not as cute as my biker boy though ! well done x ps you need more womans :-)

I bought a pair of Leeds Helston boots due to sizing differences these were changed no problems. Found boots very comfortable and superb build quality. A few months later reading there well stocked leaflet noticed a pair of tan travel boots by the same manufacture so ordered them .I was very pleased with them as well. Its worth checking there web site for clearance deals. They offer a good range of products of high quality will use again. They are not the cheapest on first glance but quality is top so value for money is a no brainer.Note I am a nine and needed 10.5 on the Helston boots and they are like wearing slippers and cool looking casual and on the bikes.

As the title says, great products, great service from Motolegends. I purchased a satnav and they beat all other UK stockist prices by 10%, we're really helpful on the phone and delivery was prompt. I'll undoubtedly be using them again as they have some great, and very stylish ranges in their stock.

Purchased lots from Motolegends and have never had reason to complain, moan or have a strop. On the contrary Attila IS a a very affable, helpful chap. Always had excellent customer service and support and would/have/will continue to-recommend Motolegends for all your biking gear. Can't wait to visit the shop in the near future to claim my "extra" discount for writing a moving and truthful account of my experience with Motolegends. Keep up the good work peeps, see you soon Garph

Ordered a pair of boots from these guy at the start of November. It said my size was in stock. I also paid for express delivery to have them sooner. It is now the 11th of December and still waiting. They sent me an email a few days after I ordered them saying that when they went to dispatch my boots they realised they where out of stock and that they will be back in mid to end of November. I check their website today and they're still advertising my size in that boot in stock. Will never order anything from them again!! Avoid like the plague!

Self confessed addicted online shopper - happened to stumble across Motolegends.com whilst buying a replacement Sat Nav. 11pm sent them better price from Amazon Prime, 9am had confirmation of 10% less. Added another item which retails for £80, price matched and beat it by 10% down to £48!! And free next day delivery!! I usually settle for Amazon, but don't even need Prime for this one!! Can't comment on delivery or after sales service - but I for one will be back - often - and letting others know!!

Bought Rukka aqua air rain suit at £400, it leaked first time it rained as did the replacement. They then screwed around for a month and sent back suit saying it does not leak. I will never ever use these sharks again

OK Seen the reviews both good and bad. These guy's price matched a german site ok yep a german site. They advise they would not beat the price by 10% because its a site in the EU. Goods came super quick. Very happy

I am puzzled with the online reviews of Motolegend. I have used the Price Match on two separate occasions and both were honoured without question. In fact in the more recent discussion the price of the unit (this time on Amazon) dropped again and they beat it both times by the 10%. I cannot fault this company or the staff.

Their "Beat It By 10%" promise is no more than false advertising. They refused to honour the offer even though I had evidence of a much lower price, from a UK based retailer in an email!

Ordered a helmet from motolegends, it did not fit so sent it back in the packaging it was sent in, the so called free returns involve paying for collect + ( which cost over £7.00) & that will get refunded once returned 3 days later I got the helmet back with a letter saying that it had not been sent back in the original packaging & that I will not get a refund, also it advised me I could sell it on eBay if I wanted my money back, which I found quite unbelievable When the helmet originally came it was only in the makers helmet box but when I got it back it was double boxed, thus I gather that they were saying it was originally double boxed, the thing is it was not & the box I sent it back in was all it came in. To prove the point the damaged box still had the original postage label addressed to me on it, I offered to take a picture of this & send it to them but was basically told I was lying & it had been sent double boxed. Now I am stuck with a helmet that does not fit Do not use this company

Bought a Roof helmet from them, let them know I had found it cheaper elsewhere and they were true to their advertising and they beat the lower price by 10% - so v happy with them.

Only because it is dead stock and they were only too glad to get rid of them as they have been on sale a zillion times ...10% off wow !! It's a first time I have ever known them honour an advertised 'beat a price' deal as they are masters of excuses when you try it

Buyer beware Avoid this company. My experience with this company is that whilst their products are generally good quality the customer service is shockingly bad. I found a NYC Schott Leather jacket cheaper on line £262 vs their one which was £299. I sent the web hyperlink and was sent an email which dismissed my claim stating that it was not the same jacket. I sent numerous emails as I was determined not to be dismissed out of hand. Approx 5 emails later they conceded that yes it was the same jacket however they would not honour the price guarantee as it was not a protective item of clothing - I should read their terms and conditions. At this point I lost interest however a few months later I saw that they were advertising the same jacket on a youtube post stating if you can find this jacket or anything on their website cheaper elsewhere then they would beat it. One email later they said they would take the post down. Don't buy from this dis reputable company.

Bought a Roof Boxer V8 Black shadow, came quick enough its the after sales service / support that is poor and lazy. So, one of the screws fell off of the helmet a few months after buying it, I email them and ask them to get on to Roof and send a replacement screw. The lazy customer support operative could not be bothered and told me I can buy some off them for £12 + postage. They said it's not under warranty as it is a moving part - eh, really, a moving part like your car window, I don't have to tighten bolts up when I roll my windows up and down. Anyway, I'd emailed roof and told them the bolt had fallen out and no quibble at all they have posted two spares out. So avoid if I were you, Also, I never signed up for an account on their website (I purchased the lid using PayPal so no need to set up an account)but every day since I at least got 2 emails from motolegends and thier other company and then started getting their catalogs through my door.

He has distorted the facts. His position is unreasonable and unfair, and almost certainly libellous.
He bought the Rukka Suit from us and then, about a week later, stormed into our shop and created a scene in front of our customers, claiming that it leaked.
He so intimidated one of our junior staff members that he gave him a replacement suit on the spot.
This is not our usual procedure, as a garment with a waterproofing issue would normally go off for testing. But it was not the end of the world.
A week later, he came back into the shop, screaming blue murder, complaining of an identical problem, and threatening to sue us if we didn’t accede to his demands.
One of our staff calmed him down, and we told him we would send the suit off for testing.
The fact is that it is very unusual to find a fault on a Rukka suit, but almost unheard of to find the identical fault on two products.
We sent one back to Rukka for testing, and one to the UK’s only official Gore-Tex testing centre, in Lancashire.
A few weeks later, we heard back from both laboratories that they had independently concluded that the suits were functioning properly.
What is clear to us is that water was leaking into the suit at the neck. It was then running down the inside of the suit and pooling in the crotch area.
This does not represent a fault with the suit. The problem could easily be fixed with a buff or some kind of neoprene collar.
We explained the situation to the customer.
He wrote the following back to us:
“This is the sort of thing I expect these days. **** goods from a bunch of robbers. Rest assured all and sundry will be warned to stay away from you lot”.
We hate the idea of unhappy customers, and feel that no company out there works as hard as we do to provide great service.
But this does have its limits, and we are simply not prepared to be bullied and blackmailed.
The customer has a great suit, and if he was prepared to listen to our comments, the water-ingress issues could be solved very simply.
I fear he is not one for listening!
