Recently I purchased a sweat shirt ($40) and four pairs of tights ($15 each) and I'm very pleased! Delivery was about 10 day (to Ontario, Canada) and there was a custom charge of $25. The clothes are good quality and the customer service is so great oh my gosh!! I accidentally ordered a wrong size and I got instantly in touch with a very nice lady and she cancelled my order for so I could order again with the correct size. My only problems is everything is pretty pricey and the custom charge of course but Modcloth can't control that I'm sure.

I recently bought a couple of dresses from the Modcloth website and must admit, I absolutely love it..

love love LOVE!!! Not only do they have cute clothes but I like that they describe how the sizes fit and allow customers to post pictures so you can see an item on different body types :)

I ordered a lot of stuff from Modcloth. Everything came in really quick and on time. The clothing I got was great! Love Modcloth and will be buying more clothing from them.

I've been a longtime ModCloth customer. While not everything works out 100% of the time, their return policy is free and so simple/straightforward that I often find myself taking a chance on a dress. Their customer service staff is so sweet and helpful, it's such a pleasure.
