I ordered a basic knitwear top from M&M for everyday use, my expectations were not high but yet I was bitterly disappointed. The quality of the knitting/knitwear is awful, loose and easily breakable. Furthermore, the top is completely shapeless. It looks cheap and got even worse even worse after the first (hand) wash. I would never recommend to this company or their products to anyone. Customer service was useless and I was just left with a top that I can't use.
