Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars! I ordered a pair of shoes, paid express delivery as I needed them urgently. They delivered me a fleece instead. Nightmare trying to communicate with them, didn't appear to want to take any responsibility for their error. I used online shopping and courier delivery for a reason but apparently until I return the item wrongly despatched they wont process a refund or post the correct item. I don't have access to a printer to print a return label although you can request label printing at SOME of their return sites. All couriers offer pickup and delivery options, they refused to send out a returns label and pick the item up. Everyone can make mistakes but it's how you resolve it that matters. Fortunately I paid via paypal and forwarded the complaint to them. They still have my money and I have no shoes! Apparently as I have taken it to paypal I have risked my account with M&M being blocked, this doesn't concern me as I would NEVER shop with them again!
