I ordered mainly baby clothes, leggings, trousers and tops. The order took much longer than expected to arrive so I rang to cancel it as I was annoyed. They would not cancel my order saying it was being processed. The customer service left much to be desired, the woman was snappish and unhelpful. The order came in 3 lots on 3 different days the first taking 11 working days to be delivered. Payment was also taken out in 3 different transactions! I also received in each package far too many circulars! The quality of the clothing was very very poor and I have returned most of it. Am sill waiting for my refund. Rang again to see how long it would take it has already been 7 days. Could be up to 14 days before it is processed.
Terrible, I will never shop there again and have been telling friends and family to give them a swerve!! I really wish I had researched them better and not just assumed they would be as easy to deal with as other outlets.
