Having not rented a saree before, I was hesitant to go into a store and be taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge. I found this website through a friend who had hired from them before, and felt that the customer service was very informative (but not patronizing). With my order, I got a guide on how to wear the saree which was very straightforward and exactly what I needed. Prices are a bit steep, but the quality was exceptional it has to be said.
