Snotty Workers At The Mall Of Nh
Today I left the Gap store in tears. I had entered with my son who is 1 and he had dropped my capped soda to the floor. I opened it and it fizzed on me and a small amount(2 tablespoons at most) fell to the floor. The store was completely empty except for the 2 workers there. Anyway, I wasn't going to mention it until I payed since my son was fussing and I was stressed. I had my things and as I was walking to the counter, this woman rushes to the counter with a giant mop(wayyy to huge for the tiny amount that had fizzed unto the floor) and I said, "Oh I'm sooo sorry, that was me! I was just about to tell you!" and with this HATEFUL look on her face and tone in her voice, she said, "You know, that is extremely dangerous!" I was so hurt I said, "I'm soooo sorry!" And she just nodded her head. I put my things down and just turned around and left, because if I had stayed I would have cried(I am very sensitive and I was already had a horribly difficult day). If she hadn't been so mean I would have spent over 100 dollars there. The clothes I had picked out were great(expensive, I'll admit, but high quality) and when I had gathered myself I wanted to go back and buy them...I almost did but when I walked by the hurt feelings came back and I left. It was horrible. I just had to let this out, as ridiculous as it sounds, I am still hurt by it and may never go back...I was so humiliated and hurt.
Always Out Of Stock
Almost no point in going through the online store for average sizes -- always out of stock and quickly sells out. Can only imagine that promotions etc really only ever apply to a small proportion of inventory.

Racial Profiling!
Since October 2013, I have been subjected to racial profiling, by the security firm employed by Gap 30 St Ann Street, Manchester M27LF.
I say this with confidence, because 80% of the time I enter the store and make my way to the men's department on the 1st floor, there is never any security present, however, after being in the store for approximately 5mins, suddenly security appear at the counter, for the most part there a usually two.
I brought this very upsetting experience to the attention of the manager, and she assured me that (as per usual) it was not what I was thinking...
On Monday 24/3/2014 approx 12.15pm the exact same thing happened again. It left me feeling sick with shock... I brought it to the managers attention and told her that, until you can reassure me that in future, I would not be subjected to this type of behavior by the security firm, I would no longer be shopping at this particular GAP store.

Bought a pair of jeans online. Its very tricking when it comes to my waste size especially with jeans, however these guys nailed it and it fits perfectly. Will be buying online again.

Keep Sending You The Wrong Sizes!
I've ordered three times with Gap. They kept sending me the wrong sizes. I ordered children's clothes but every time instead of an L arrived and M, instead on an XL they've sent me and L, and so on. As I order from abroad sending back is always expensive and does not make much sense. Anyway, ordering is easy but when the parcel arrives better check carefully the size of the items sent.
For a big company like Gap its online shop service and handling is very poor and far away from being professional. When ordering the least you can expect is that you receive the items in the size you ordered them.
I don't use Gap online anymore as the experiences have been too bad.

Holding My Money
This is ridiculous! I ordered something online and they put a hold on my account and then put through the "new" amount as well. So now they deducted the new order total from my account and have not released my original money, which they said could take up to 30 days. The man I spoke with Seth, was rude and made me feel bad for wanting my money back. He did nothing to try and save a loyal customer. I have made the decision that Gap and Gap.com will NEVER get another cent of mine. I used to only buy gap jeans, but i will now have to find somewhere else to go, since they treated me poorly and extremely rudely. The first two ladies Donna and Jamie were extremely nice and tried to be as helpful as possible; Seth was just a pr***

Friendly helpful staff at Hampstead Branch. The display was adequate and the quality of the clothes is good value for money. Bought two Merino sweaters for around £80 which is extremely good value.

I Love Gap
Over the years I have gone through different tastes and a part of me always considered GAP to be for older people and not as "cool" as TopShop and alike.
How very wrong I was. After going into the store when I saw a 60% off sale I brought myself some jeans and they are the best I have ever had in terms of quality and fit they are out of this world :)
When I got the jeans they asked me if I wanted to sign up to get the GAP newsletter and emails which contain offers and such, I accepted even though I hate spam because I also love a bargain :)
I got an email last week with 25% off all ladies clothing. I used the website for the first time that day and can say that it is the best experience I have had of cloths shopping on-line. Much better than the TopShop website that I find clunky and not very user friendly.

Definitely the slowest shipping website I've ever seen. Customer service is the worst as well. The people answering my phone obviously have no idea what my question is and kept giving me answers I already knew.

Do Not Deal With Gap.com!
I feel compelled to write this Gap.com review as ordered 2 jumpers from Gap over 10 days ago and I have still yet to receive them. This is mostly because they use the very dodgy delivery company Yodel (please look up their reviews - 1029 reviews and 1 star!). They initially failed to offer to look into why the delay had occured then once they did gave me false promises and now as one of the items has sold out they are currently trying to fob me off with a refund. I have spent a lot of my precious time chasing them and am still no nearer to a satisfactory solution to myself.
I cannot emphasise how bad their service is and want to warn any potential customer of the problems they may experience by dealing with these amateurs. I can only hope this very negative review of Gap.com will make them sit up and take notice of me as they do not seem to care about their customers and give the impression that although they say the right things they do not deliver on their promises.
I have wasted so much time and energy trying to get answers but each time I contact them I get a different person who seems to attempt to deal with the problem in a different way, all of them unsatisfactory.
At the time of writing this review I am still awaiting my goods and they still have my money.
BE WARNED DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
