I purchased a coat from this company costing nearly £200.00 in December 2018. I ordered the coat,on the understanding from their website, that it was returnable and fully refundable. When the coat arrived on December 22nd it didn't look like the picture on their website and did not suit me so I sent it back immediately. I emailed them of my intentions and they replied asking if I wanted a replacement and I replied that I just wanted a refund. According to Royal Mail tracking it was received and signed for, at their address on 24th of December.I wrote to them at the end of January informing them that I had not received my refund. I heard nothing. After many emails back and forth and stories of trouble with their PayPal account and promises of 2 cheques sent, neither of which arrived the refund is now 2 months overdue. Do not buy from these people.

My sister in law bought 2 coats for Christmas. The coats looked great online and when they came they couldn't have been worse. I wouldn't mind but eachcoat was over £200 each! The quality was awful! Instead of a label to indicate size someone had just wrote 'M by hand on the lining! My sister in law emailed and we eventually got a response few weeks later and they asked us to return to a different address! We asked why not the address that is displayed on website and heard nothing.

Sent coats back... it's been well over a month and no refund. We have emailed and got no response! This will be taken further

I ordered a faux jacket from this company was told it would be delivered within 21 days by email i ordered it before Christams and expected it by Christmas as that was before the 21 days, never heard a thing no email saying it had been dispatched or anything.

Around 4 weeks after first ordering i telephoned the number on the website for 2 weeks so many times per day and it was just a voice message nobody ever answered no matter what time of the day, so left a message to call me and surprise no phone call came, i also emailed a few times saying please call me regarding my purchase still nothing after more emails i finally got one back saying it must have got lost, i then emailed back saying can you call me your business phone is never answered!!! that was ignored and then i sent more emails demanding a refund, finally another email came back saying the money will be put back on the card. IT NEVER WAS REPAID BACK TO ME.

After a month i reported them to my credit card company.

This company Faux UK does not want to speak to anyone or return calls because they know the goods are not sent out and the money kept which is theft.
