The owner seems to target people of money.....she says she is friends with her suppliers but when you complain about a product she plays games and drags you along till it is to late to do anything.

We purchased, (Me) a belt for our son for a concert he has coming up while in B.C with my husband he was there for business, we noticed the problem when we arrived home. I immediately contacted the manufacture who forwarded my complaint to the store. The owner from Elliot Row Menswear after several emails of her speaking about her friendship with Bench Craft Leather decided she would have the factory send me a belt and I ship this one back, which I agreed with and thought this would be great and wonderful community service. However, she asked for the numbers on the bottom of the belt in which I asked my son to relay, and told her why I asked him to do so, because I was out of town shopping for luggage.

For those who have kids, will understand this, and I do not know why, but when I asked him for the number he gave the wrong one, because he was either playing his game, or to busy with his friends, and now when I ask he has no reason. I sent an email when I got home with the correct number and the reply I got was ridiculous, because of the confusion now she needs the belt first, knowing that the contract she created would not be possible to honour, my sons concert will have come and gone by the time he gets the replacement.

He attends a private school, and unfortunately, image is everything, and the cloths and brands just as important. There Re no stores close to be to get a quality belt anywhere, and she knew this also. The last couple of days have been horrible dealing with her, and my son is getting worried about his concert this Friday and what he will wear.

Me and my husband are shocked as we thought Bench Craft belts were built with quality, but after dealing with this store and her stating how they are such good friends I do not recommend Bench Craft Leather, or Elliot Row menswear in Penticton B.C
