My Husband has an account with Cocosa and has done for some time,ordering hundreds of pounds worth of goods.All went well at first,their goods were top quality at brilliant prices.But as time passed,their goods became shoddier and shoddier e.g dresses for a gift that were market style material and damaged candles.Then told they have moved over to Brand Alley and now no answers to e-mails for days promises of 3 re-funds and still continue to take money from our pay for goods he hasn't received or waiting re-funds for.Cannot track order numbers as site has gone and empty promises of re-funds .Have reported them to credit card company as this is nothing short of fraudulent trading.
