I placed an order on 16/06/2017 for a firetrap alder t shirt as a Father's day gift from them. When accessing the website, it shows as 'Brand Discount' and their website has a review option, which seems to be disabled rendering you unable to leave any comments regarding your experience. When the parcel arrived, it had a 'China Post' label (Not expected from looking at the URL website address that has a .co.uk suffix). The t shirt delivered was an emporium Armani that is not even shown on their website. After emailing numerous times, attaching photographs of the t shirt (at their request) and being asked to email different employees who are reluctant to reply to my requests of them trying to resolve their mistake, I have resorted to writing my first ever review to make everyone aware of the very poor service received. My advice is stay well away - avoid buying from this website.
