I ordered 2 car seats from Preciouslittleone as they offered the best price for the desired seat. The car seats were available in different colours however I chose black as it was showing 'in-stock' whilst others were only available for pre-order.
The order went through and I received a dispatch estimate of 2-3 days.
Fast forward 10 days and with item still not being received II received an e-mail saying there was a problem with the supplier and the order would be likely be dispatched a further 10 days later.

I e-mailed to state I wasn't particularly happy at this turn of events, that I was having to wait for a supplier when the item was allegedly in stock. I received an e-mail back advising that delivery times are only estimates. They completely missed the fact that I had been misled by the website.

I e-mailed back again but it became apparent their customer service team clearly don't care. I have cancelled my order and gone elsewhere, getting the item cheaper (uber kids) and with free next day delivery.
