Bought a pram set. They sent a completely different one and it's been used. It's grubby and faded and customer service was rude. Reporting to trading standards !!! This is shocking disgusting service with false advertisement

“Poor quality mattress and rude customer services”

Purchased a so called "Deluxe" Cot Bed Mattress from the website. When I received it I was shocked to see that is made two separate halves to be put together inside a cover! Totally unacceptable as when put together it leaves a separation line that makes it uncomfortable for a baby to sleep on and that will definitely worsen over time. Needless to mention that no info whatsoever about this important fact were mentioned in the listing! Company customer services were extremely rude and didn't want to accept responsibility for the misdescription. They offered me to either send it back at my expense or to arrange their courier and detract £10 from the refund. I then opened a dispute with Paypal to ask for the company to pay for return as well and because of that they decided to not arrange their courier anymore but gave me the only option to arrange my own courier (obviously cause they know it would be impossible for me to reclaim that money as well)!

“diabolical ”

After purchasing a cotbed mattress it had lumped springs that wouldn't flatten. I returned it and I was sent a foam mattress in two halves! Not what I ordered. I tried to return this for a refund and the company said they were having problems with dpd and they weren't doing collections. I kept calling online for baby to sort this out so many times my phone bill has been over £70! I called dpd to find out what was happening and they told me they have no problems whatsoever and that they could even collect that day! I eventually got the company to collect it and waited over 2 weeks for a refund. It never came! I called the company and they said it would get released that day and take up to 5 days to clear. I waited again and had nothing! I called yet again and they said it would get sorted that day and take 3 days to get to my account. Well I still don't have it! My baby is due any day now and this has stressed me out so much! I have no mattress and a phone bill I can't pay.

“Have to pay for faulty returned items”

Asked to pay £10 upfront to return an item as it was of very poor quality and faulty. Ask to speak to the Manager very rude and dosen't listen - he even put the phone down on me!!! Flabbergasted to say the least - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - wish I'd read the reviews before buying

I honestly don't no where to start this company is disgusting take your money don't deliver on day they say ( due to bad weather bear in mind we are in may I don't no we're bad weather is) then when pushchair finally arrives parts missing rang customer services don't no why I bothered to be told another 5 days I would av to wait no apology nothing I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I would not recommend this company. I am in receipt of what I believe is a faulty car seat. The manufacturer is saying it is not faulty. This means I will have to pay £10 to send the item back to online4baby for a refund. On the instruction leaflet and the safety sticker on the car seat there should be a holding for the seat belt. Instead there is a massive gap. I am not comfortable using this car seat for my child. Terrible customer service from a manager who once I said I was going to post a bad review got very irate and said he did not want to speak to me anymore!

“Bad products, bad service ”

Product came faulty with splitting holes and green ink on the stand, shabby quality of mattress. Customer service offered to replace the stand, I didn't want this product as the mattress looks like it's falling to bits but have to pay the return fee ? He stressed to me the mattresses are the same everywhere, which isn't true. He begun to get very aggressive even though I explained 3 times that I was due to give birth any minute and to please let me finish my sentence, he carried on to be abnoxious, repeatedly saying "what does you being 9 months pregnant have anything to do with this" and wouldn't let me finish my sentence. I must admit being a Chief Executive of a leading management company this has disgusted me, and quite frankly seeing the reviews it seems like it is not just me who has experienced this. If your ok with faulty products and to top that off an unhelpful unreasonable staff and policies then this is the place for you but I sincerely hope whoever is reading this review doesn't buy a product from this site. I purchased my Moses basket from eBay, I should have checked the reviews of the website first'! Happy shopping :)

“Horrific!”

Brought a pushchair from here and I had so many problems putting the wheels on, no support or help from customer service. They wouldn't return it as I'd open the packaging even though it was their fault I couldn't get the wheels on. Please don't buy from here!!!!!!

“faulty item sent and terrible customer service”

I ordered the My Toys Clair de Lune moses basket which arrived today but is faulty. The coverlet has been stitched together inside out so the words 'My Toys' are back to front, the washing label is on display and the 3 embroidered toys are unidentifiable as they are just blobs of loose threads. I tried to ring customer services and was on hold for an hour before hanging up. The whole time I was on hold I was told that all the operators were busy and that I was next in the queue. I finally worked out that there was probably no one there to answer the call. And it has cost a fortune ringing an 0870 number on my mobile phone. So I emailed them and was told to send it back via courier or pay an extra £10 if I take it to their nearest DPD depot which is 45 minutes drive from me. I don't see why I should have to pay to send it back or drive it anywhere when it is not my fault they sent me a faulty item. I asked them this and surprisingly I got no answer. I will never use them again, definitely not worth the discount, would've been cheaper on Amazon by the time I've paid to return the damn thing.

“Miss selling items”

Bought several items for this company and when there's a fault on the item the company do not want to except or replace the item.. We'll never buy anything from this company again.. Please be aware as the prices are great but the after service and help are poor. They clearly need to stop misselling items .

“Terrible customer service”

I have never left a review for anything service I received. But the customer service from online4baby is so aggressive and rude that I have to put it out there to warn people. The goods we ordered have been delived very quickly and there were plenty of emails to keep you update on the delivery. But the pacage came in is sort of broken and without any dispatch note / receipts. I bough a moss basket with a rocking stand. They came in with fauty. The paints are peeling off from the basket and there is a deep craker on one of the stand legs. I emailed toa ask for a return but was asked to phone their customer service. Then the guy Tomas was so rude and did not even let me finish what I was saying. And saying he is the manager there, there is no one else to complain and there is no process for complaints. Ha!! what a jerk!!

I ordered a seat in october 2014 and its now MARCH 2015. I still don't have the refund for a faulty seat they sent to me that was reported the very next day. There is a guy there who thinks of himself as GODFATHER and treating me like his secretary asking me for this email and when was that said ! etc etc and i asked him to check your own records yourself at which point he put the phone down telling me I am being rude ! COMPLETE RUBBISH WASTE OF TIME LOST NEARLY A £100 IN RUBBISH GOODS wish i would have read reviews before ordering from such people

I totally agree with your review. I too experienced unacceptable and unprofessional customer service. I purchased a cot bed 18months ago where the paint flaked off and the wood splintered, extremely dangerous for a young 9month old baby. I telephoned and wrote 3 letters, my next course of action was to take action through the courts, not only to get a refund that I was legally entitled to but also highlight their company procedure. “Do not use this company!”

I have received the most appalling service from this company and would like to ensure that no one else has the same experience. I purchased two items, both of which were faulty, but the company refused to provide a refund. Furthemore, the customer service was atrocious, with them suggesting I was at fault for the faulty product. I have never had such a bad experience through a company before and will be making sure I spread the word via social media so that no one else has to experience this.

I am having a similar experience with a refusal to provide a full refund following delivery of a pushchair that could not be assembled due to faulty parts. The item also appeared to have been previously returned by the state of the packaging & scratches on parts which had been tampered with in an attempt to assemble it. Their customer service is appalling / non-existent with rude arrogant staff. I am correspondinding with CAB / Trading Standards as well as initiating a case on the ebay resolution centre. Please check out all feedback on this company before considering purchasing anything from them.

I have never complained before about any service but I feel really let down by this company. I paid £7.50 extra so that our cot could be delivered on a day and time I would be available to receive it. It didn't arrive when it was supposed to, when I rang about this it was delivered the day before to an unknown neighbour-they did not put a card through the door to say this and then I was unable to collect the cot for some time. I had to ring back multiple times and each time was told it would be looked into and they would get back to me, noone ever does. They said that as I received the delivery before 12pm I cannot get my £7.50 back even though it was not on the day that I paid extra for and a heavily pregnant woman then had to carry it a long way to my house. They will not resolve it and said it is out of their hands and they have no proof that I asked for a specific day. They are not even sorry, so I paid extra for a service that I did not receive. Very unhappy customer here!

Delivered a product which was faulty. Then will not replace with new one but will repair it, so you pay for refurbished product rather than new one, which will take anywhere upto a weeks time. If you want to get your money back then you will have to send the product back at your own expense. All they care is money into their pocket.... not sure if they even know the word "customer service"

Hi there, I am currently in a similar situation, my cot bed arrived damaged, spare parts where sent but when trying to assemble the cot we discovered further damage ... I too am being made to pay a collection charge which I am refusing, I am just wondering if you paid this charge or not?

“Awful items awful staff”

I bought the hauck duette tandem travel system you cannot use the carrycot at same time as bottom seat the front wheels jam and pram doesn't move(even on roads) child on bottom seat ends up not seeing a thing and a sore back. I tried to contact the company, manager was very rude not willing to listen and was basically told that they will collect it to look at it and if they find no fault I would be charged for inspection and postage and I'd have no pram until I got it back... Do not buy from this company it's all rubbish products and the staff have no people skills at all!! I'm in process of contacting trading standards and citizens advice also bottoms seat never came with pram the box had been opened and was stinking of cigarettes smoke

Fine for cheap tacky products if they work but if you have any kind of issue with this company then good luck to you! The staff are rude they break laws (the consumer act 1979) and don't listen. We have tried phoning and emailing and they will not listen to our point of view at all they just say 'well we don't think that's the case'. They have been awful to deal with and refuse to accept they are falsly advertising products. I would strongly recommend you avoid this company!

I ordered my pram from this company early July and delivery stated 1-3 days 5 days later I received an email apologising for the the delay, they didn't have my colour pram in stock so I was offered a different choice, refund or I could wait til early August. Stupidly I decided to wait as baby is due end of August. August finally came along and I sent a few emails asking what was going on.....no reply! So I phoned.... no reply! Eventually a I received an email stating my item should be despatched that week ....... a week later no pram so I called and emailed again and still no reply! I then realised that I'd luckily paid via PayPal so started a dispute yesterday and have just received my refund. So I did get a happy out come!!,now I just need to hurry up and order another pram before my baby arrives! Please don't but from these people, check reviews before you buy online
