I purchased the Anorak Kissing Rabbits change bag in September last year, which came with a change mat in it. I left the change mat in Tesco when we were travelling back from our Easter holidays but it was never handed in to their Lost Property. I contacted Molliebee to see if they were able to help me. A lovely lady called Cathy contacted the supplier for me and sourced a new mat free of charge for me! I was delighted with the service I received, especially since I wasn't actually purchasing another product from the company. I was kept up to date - often receiving emails after working hours! They should be commended for their dedication to delivering excellent customer service!

Excellent service and price.I ordered the Anorak seagulls bag. I had been searching for this design for a little while and so I was very happy to see it at Mollie Bee. Very reasonable total cost. P+p perfect and excellent service from Royal Mail too. Liked the tissue paper and bubble wrap packaging (will re-use these). Would like to see biodegradable outer packaging perhaps.

I bought a changing bag and had a bit of trouble at the check out- my card's fault! My email enquiry to Mollie Bee was answered within a half hour and was very helpful and friendly. My bag arrived quicky and well packed, and overall great service from Mollie Bee. I also had free postage with my purchase and a discount via facebook, with another discount code sent along with my purchase too, so great value! In fact the best deal i could find on the bag i was looking for, so i was very happy. Excellent!

I can't recommend MollieBee highly enough! I ordered the Babymel Ella Multi Dot changing bag yesterday at around 3pm. Because I've been messed around by two other companies recently I cheekily asked if the bag could possibly be posted the same day (as I was in to receive the bag on the next day). MollieBee emailed me straight back to say they had put the bag in the post as 1st class Recorded and hoped it would arrive for me next day. Already beaming from the wonderful customer service I'd received, I was absolutely delighted when the bag did in fact arrive next day! The bag is brilliant and arrived in such lovely packaging and gorgeous tissue paper.
