Ordered a Recaro seat online on the 3rd of may, The chair got delivered on time but came without any instructions, no packaging of any sort and the box was in terrible condition apon delivery (looked like it had been thrown around the warehouse). It was missing the main clip to the 5 point harness which we were disgusted with as these seats are supposed to be regulatory tested for safety. we asked kiddisave to replace the seat they sent and were told they had no more currently in stock and had to wait 7-10 days for their next delivery. 3 weeks after our original order i was told they could not order the new seats in from Recaro even though 4 days previous they said one had been ordered for us. Through the emails we had sent back and forth from kiddisave i didn't feel they dealt with my complaint seriously enough and was disgusted when i was told one could not be ordered. all in all i am very disgusted with the service we were given and the company themselves so i would never recommend this company to anyone and will NOT be using them ever again my advise look elsewhere!!!

This is the only online store, that I've used so far who are streets ahead when it comes to delivering their goods. Ordered a travel system approx 10.00am on day, I then received two emails giving a precise 1 hour delivery slot for the following day, it arrived promptly as advised. No waiting around from 7am - 6pm like other companies. Well done Kiddisave, outstanding prices and service. Dawn Robson Co. Durham

The people reviewing this must be getting confused with Kiddicare. As Kiddisave is awful, initially we bought a Quinny seat, trusting what that they say on their website, in stock. Which was a lie as a week passed and nothing delivered, no communication, nothing! So I stated the chasing Kiddisave, no email reply so then called, after trying a number of times finally got through to Kiddisave, they said they are waiting for a the delivery (so not in stock). So after another chase with Kiddisave as it still didn’t come on the day it was supposed to, finally we got the product from Kiddisave. It wasn’t what we wanted and made arrangement for it to be returned to Kiddisave, another unorganised and unprofessional process with Kiddisave. Had it delivered back to Kiddisave, called to make sure Kiddisave got it, which they did and they said they have processed the refund, had they, nope! So again chasing Kiddisave to get a refund, again holding on the phone while the person at Kiddisave was probably running around like a headless chicken trying to find the manual on what refund means. So finally get this lady saying yes it was refunded yesterday, obviously furious as I got that same lie last time from Kiddisave. Kiddisave is an awful company and not to be trusted!

Kiddisave is possibly the best baby product website I have come across, they beat all other competitors on price and service; and they sell pretty much everything you would want for your new born or infant. They sell everything from beautiful furniture sets to baby clothing to pushchairs and highchairs. Everything all on one website! The prices are fantastic too, among the cheapest online and they always have a great range of offers and voucher code promotions that you could find around the web! I recently picked up a Cosatto Jam Highchair for £162, where as other retailers had them priced at well over £200! Kiddisave also stock products from great brands like Cosatto and Bugaboo, which assured me that they were a highly reputable retailer! Delivery is usually very quick, and they even arrange an hour-long delivery slot for larger orders so you are not waiting all day for the courier to arrive! After 4 orders I am yet to have a single problem! I will definitely be recommending Kiddisave to all my friends and family.

Hi everyone, I'm a new mum and all I do is shop online for baby stuff while my little princess is asleep. Oh and write reviews of course! I bought a first stage maxi cosi cabrio fix car seat from Kiddisave and the isofix base. The car seat is perfect in terms of rigidness, comfortability and weight. It easily clips in and out of the base too. The base is so much better... I remember having to use the belt in my mothers car and it proved difficult to get it round the seat. I would recommend this car seat to new parents and I would certainly recommend shopping online at Kiddisave as they are the cheapest on 99% of their products. I price compared several baby products online and found that Kiddisave were the cheapest for all products apart from 1. I visited their site and found it user-friendly and easy to navigate around. I purchased all my products from them and received them on time. It's an excellent online baby shop and I will definitely be recommending it to others.
