Very Happy - Red Kite Push Me Switch

I recently purchased a 3 in 1 travel system from just 4 baby. As I am a first time mum to be, I found it a little daunting, as to which pram would be best for my needs. The young shop assistant was very helpful and quite knowledgeable of the products they had on offer. I explained what I wanted and she showed me the most popular products. After explaining I had a set price range she then showed me the appropriate items. I was then able to pick the pram I wanted, was given a demonstration on how to assemble and disassemble the pram, also told me everything I would get with the pram. I was informed they had limited stock, I was then able to put down a deposit to hold a pram for me. I was given an invoice, a proof of deposit and intent to purchase. I was unable to pick up the pram, so I was able to arrange for a family member to do so on my behalf, with no problems. I have checked the item since purchase, and everything that I was told would be included is there. Overall excellent service. Would recommend. 4 stars given, as baby not arrived, only reason.
