I didn't read any of the reviews for this company before placing my order and was very surprised to see the scale of negative comments following receipt of my order. The option to pay by PayPal gave me the reassurance to place my order.

I ordered at 16:30hrs on the Monday and goods delivered 10:00hrs on the Wednesday.To me that is next day delivery.

Got an email to confirm the order and an email to confirm dispatch, not sure what else would be expected.

I got my pram at a big discount to other retailers and have been happy with the communication and service received.

The pram is in full working order and just as described.
