We bought a very expensive buggy as part of a package from this store. Important components of the package are delayed by months and no apology or reparation was forthcoming although this caused huge problems for us. The buggy then had a safety issue which we heard about by chance visiting a different shop- groovy style did not inform us of this or apologise for not doing so when this was raised with them.
I have found their aftercare and general customer service to be awful and bordering on rude.
