“Poor communication”

Selected pramcentre as carseat (Britax Maxway) was best offer for value for money with free accessary pack. Informed that delivery will be within 7 days with an email to be sent informing us when. However 2 weeks down the line no email had been sent and no car seat received. After an email was sent where i received no reply i went online to their website to chat online. There i found out reason for not sending was because they were out of stock. This had not been communicated in an email nor on their website. I was then informed i can change shell cover and it will arrive a few days later (Monday). I enquired if i will definitely know it will be delivered. I was assured a text will be sent with an hour slot. This did not happen but the car seat did arrive between 10-11am. So very poor communication and assurances not kept.

Disappointed. I would have enjoyed better communication instead of left wondering where my item was.
