Fantastic Service!

My husband and I ordered our nursery furniture, pram, changing bag, car seat and fleece blankets from Baby Birds about a month ago. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The prices were competitive and (being cheeky) we asked if there was anything they could discount due to the large order. We were thrilled when one of the staff agreed to discount a couple of items and throw in one item at no cost. It was great customer service!

The order arrived a few days ago and the items were well-packaged, arrived on time and were of very high quality. The furniture set arrived this morning. I can't wait to get home later to take a proper look! The gentlemen who assembled the furniture were polite and friendly and left no mess after assembling the items. Indeed, they removed all packaging after assembly - which saved us a trip to the local tip!

Overall, I would rate Baby Birds a 5/5. The staff are a real credit to the company and I would definitely buy from them again in the future.
