Excellent Customer Service & Great Product Quality

I ordered a new set of Romac Alloy wheels with winter tyres as a 'package' for my new Mercedes using the very easy to navigate Wheelbasealloys website.
The order was processed immediately and I received an order confirmation from Customer Service Dept.
I then telephoned Customer Service as I wanted to include Tyre Pressure Monitors with the purchase
This was organized over the phone and I received a follow-up email to confirm the additional TPM order within 5 minutes.
I received 2 additional emails updating me on the progress of my order and advising me of the approximate delivery date.
The day before delivery I received a phone call from the technician who was calibrating the the TPMs, checking on the exact model number of my car (as there were 2 models produced during the year).
The TPMs were calibrated correctly and the car's monitoring system accepted the new wheels / tyres without any issue.
The wheels were very well wrapped with cardboard and shrink-wrapped and delivered in perfect condition.
The mechanic who fitted the new wheels to the car was very impressed with the wheels and commented on the good quality of the construction and finishing.
Excellent Customer Service and highly recommended... I will definitely use again if I change cars and need a new set wheels.
