I still have not received my tyre which I ordered on 21 April - 2.5 weeks ago!! tyreleader sent me the wrong tyre and I filed the ticket for this 12 days ago, and since then tyreleader have told me nothing about the correct tyre being sent, only empty promises that "customer care will respond to you in 24-48 hours" - FALSE ! I have sent many messages on their website and also emails with all the pictures requested, a ticket filed on the website, EVERYTHING, and still NOTHING from this company but empty promises. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and UNLAWFUL to do business like this!

“Appalling customer service. ”

Wrong tyres supplied but will not respond to online messaging ticket system. No phone number but there is Whatsapp messaging which only achieves stalling replies of 'We will reply ASAP'. Have initiated chargeback, which seems the only way of getting a refund. I have used this company before, they do get 5 stars when it works, but when there is a problem then you are on your own. You have been warned - use at your own risk.

WORSE COMPANY EVER DEALT WITH.  Communication is non existing. Had to try and contact via the new sales team 19 times to find out about a warranty claim I had submitted on a tyre that was only 3 months old. Was rejected with no explanation. Then after 19 times I was given a fabricated excuse of alignment causing the issues. Despite having evidence all wheels were aligned at the time of fitting. I paid extra for this warranty service. Never known such a incompetent shambles of pure ignorance from a company that I will now never use again!

“You will never see your money or order!!!!”

Absolutely shocking service and customer service!! Ordered tyres and alloys on the same day, they shipped the tyres and cancelled alloys. I placed another order for alloys, which ended up being wrong so i cancelled the order to be told that i had to wait to refuse delivery because they had already shipped (this wasnt even 24hours after the order was placed). I refused delivery and the tracking information showed when the alloys returned to their warehouse.. it is now 7 weeks since then and i still havent recieved my refund!!!! Their customer service is sending emails in languages I don't understand.. i placed a chargeback request with revolut that they declined with no reason as to why.. i have now taken the matter to a legal root...This has caused so much frustration to resolve and the fact they can't even pick up the phone to have a conversation with me is so disrespectful!! Keep your Money and shop elsewhere... not worth any of the business!! shocking!!!!!

“Never again.”

Where are my tyres, where is my tracking number, where is your phone number, where is your email address? BUYERS BEWARE SHADY PRACTICE GOING ON I'm not going to sit at home all week hoping something is going to turn up. You gave me a 15-digit tracking number. The TUFFNELLS website is asking for a 16-digit number. I finally find one email address in Portugal, you reply to me telling me to submit a ticket on a website that has 100% no way of submitting a ticket, AFTER I give you notice that there is no such thing available on your website. I tell you this, and I get a fob off reply one liner about ''we will call you'' You never called. So I just spent 36 hours stuck home waiting with no information whatsoever, website is designed like a dead end. I'll use polite terms and describe that as massive room for improvement. In hindsight I should have read the reviews from other website pointing exactly at what I just wrote. Never again.

***DO NOT USE*** Check their facebook page for peoples real reviews. Ordered 2 tyres, they arrived but one was badly deformed. 2 tyre fitting companies and 1 MOT station refused to fit this tyre under safety concerns. Tyreleader refused to replace saying they would find shape when fitted to the car and used. They fail to tell you that fitting means you cannot return them. I didnt fit and asked for a refund which will cost me £25. Complete shambles of a company. It didnt turn up in 72 hours like they said it would either. Buy elsewhere. You have been warned

“Beware, once they have your money....”

...then you are stuffed if they can't or won't supply the correct tyres. I ordered two motorcycle tyres, one was incorrect so they arranged collection but said they were unable to supply the correct tyre. That was the last I heard and 6 weeks later I can't get any response from them and I'm £107 out of pocket. Claim now filed with my bank but what a balls ache!

Sold the wrong tyres for my Vehicle. **They are selling "Commercial Van" tyres for use on regular cars** Avoid like the Plague - You Have Been Warned !!!!!!!!!!! When things go wrong, they don't want to help and do not answer inquiries. In Short - Shocking Service - Do Not Use. They won't help, even though the website states the tyres are for passenger vehicles, Completely wrong and misleading. They Just want to take you money and dont care about customer services, Just check out all the Negative reviews. Shame on you...... This is why you don't provide any telephone contact, Just hiding behind email contact forms, that are never answered.

sent wrong tyre, entry level budget not premium as ordered. fitter agent fitted. now they wont refund because it was fitted . not answering emails. based in andorra so hiding outside UK law and EC ADR redress processes. AVOID! avoid!

“Do NOt Use Thus Company”

Do not use this company. Their Customer Service is terrible. They sent no correspondence with the product that I bought making it impossible for me to cancel the order. Since receiving the product, I have requested a refund numerous times. The company have either ignored the email or treated each request as a new issue altogether delaying the process further. They recently asked me to review their service but didn't like the review I wrote so told me it wouldn't be published. They're cheap yes but the customer care is greatly lacking. Go to Demon Tweaks instead!!!

“New tyre that is old stock”

I have just purchased 1 x Dunlop sp sport tyre 275/35 ZR 20 from tyre leader the tyre was delivered to designated garage upon having the tyre fitted the fitter pointed out that the tyre was manufactured in jan 2014 and was nearly 6 years old and said tyres over 5 years old should not be fitted as the rubber compound breaks down as they have a shelf life and it’s illegal to sell I contacted tyre leader and they are ignoring my emails and won’t answer the question that the tyre I was supplied could in fact be dangerous so lesson learnt buy cheap buy rubbish would avoid this company at all costs as you do not know what you are buying

“its taking months to ask for replacement of damaged...”

one of 4 tyres arrived damadged, my local garage tested it for me and gave me information and telephone to manager to confirm fitment. all this been sent to TYRELEADER and after a month of complaining been told that investigation will take another 8 weeks !!!

“Poor after sales service”

This is the repose I got when my wheels had developed blemishes to the polished area of Alutec W10K my after only 10k miles Dear Customer, Please note that we are unable to take back any tyre/wheel that has been already mounted and used, nor accept claims received more than 15 days after delivery. The only solution in your case is to request an expert evaluation of the tyre/wheel directly with the manufacturer if you consider the product faulty. If the manufacturer accepts your claim for the expert evaluation we can collect the tyre/wheel and send it for evaluation to the manufacturer. Please note that the evaluation may take up to three or even more months. This deadline is set by the manufacturer and we cannot be held responsible for any delay. If the expert evaluation reveals a fault then you will be refunded, otherwise we will have to invoice you for the costs of the evaluation (35£ per item). We can not send you a replacement for the duration of the expert evaluation. Please let us know if you wish to proceed with the expert evaluation. In this case please send us photos of the tyre/wheel as well as an official attestation from the garage describing the issue with the tyre/wheel. We thank you in advance. Best regards,

“Returns policy is bad”

Firstly I fell for the .co.uk thing as this isn't a UK company it is based in Andorra and imports tyres from abroad.....Sold me a front tyre for my bike which caused a major front end judder. My local Harley dealer who fitted it had it back and checked everything on the bike and flagged that they front tyre was defective and causing the judder. They fitted another tyre sourced from a reputable supplier and the judder has gone....I Contacted tyre leader via ticket system as there is no phone number to call and am currently being told i have to return the tyre to the manufacturer for them to check and if it is not at fault i have to pay £35. So how many tyre manufacturers will admit to selling defective front tyres for a motorcycle eh? picking this up with a solicitor as they are in breach of the sale of goods act and my consumer rights...AVOIID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.....

“Avoid!!!”

These people are very sliipery underhand individuals. It took me 3 months of continual stories to get my winter tyres. Then, only 4 arrived, one was even the wrong size. A further 2 months of continuous stories to get what I paid for. By that time, no need for winter tyres. I actually contacted the German Police regarding their claims but was told its a civil matter. They delete negative reviews from their facebook page on a regular basis too and disabled postings. Also, If you leave negative reviews on the website, it never gets published even though they claim to have no influence or control over the review side of things.They have changed their company name several times, they were called Reifen Holdings GmbH, now completed wiped off the net, they now trade under AD TYRES INTERNATIONAL SLU. There is news as of 11/06/2018 that they are in liquidation.  Avoid at all costs, if in doubt, search for reviews on the company.

“Horrific experience - Avoid at all costs”

The worst treatment and customer service I have had in years. They returned my tyres to Germany after DPD claimed a neighbour refused the delivery. From the signature name this was clearly a bogus signature. Tyreleader charged me £50 for the privilege even though there is nothing in their T&Cs that says they can do this. They also ignored my right to dispute the signature under their T&Cs. They ignored nearly all my emails (there is no phone contact permissible) and then told me it was my responsibility to sort the problem with DPD. I have no contract with Tyreleader’s courier so of course they refused to discuss with me. Eventually got the money back from my credit card company but took two months of battling that shouldn’t have been necessary. TyreLeader is cheap but if anything goes wrong you will suffer. Pneus-Online were very similar price and customer service is as good as TyreLeader’s is diabolical.
