Waited almost 2 weeks for engine to arrive after being told it would be a few days. It arrived missing parts that it was listed with. Have been chasing said parts for 3 weeks and still not received them. Was offered a refund but the refund wont cover the parts that I need to finish the job so I'm stuck waiting for them to source and send the parts.

I ordered a Clio door on 01.02. 16, It arrived at the body shop in Stockport on 19.02 .16. This after several telephone calls and two promises of a fixed delivery date. Included also were more than one promise to "ring me back" ,nothing happened. In addition the state of the door was not that good and work had to done to make the door fit for purpose. In future ,because I am a novice in these matters ,I will shop locally where you can see physically what you are buying. Renparts serve a need and I am sure that they have many satisfied clients, but I will most certainly not be one of them!
