Have used many times in past, excellent service as always

Renparts hold a good stock of parts for rare and sporty Renaults aswell as run of the mill cars. I found they were pleasant to deal with. I ordered a rare Clio 197 interior. It was in great condition. It was missing a switch panel which was shipped to me quickly free of charge. I was a happy customer and I'm sure I'll deal with them again

I waited a couple of weeks after being told 5 working days for delivery and still did not receive my part. I was then told a replacement would be sent out but it would take another few days as somebody would have to take the part out of a car (I only wanted an oil dipstick). After another couple of weeks I called and was told the replacement had not been sent out due to a member of staff being off (but not the one who had been dealing with my query and knew I was waiting). Nobody bothered to tell me the part had not been sent out yet again. Waiting for a refund now. Been driving around not knowing how much oil is in my car for a month now, thank you Renparts Ltd!
