To be fair they did deliver quickly. However, I had some follow up questions on the product I bought. No response. No phone number. I think this is a one-man-band operating out of his living room up north. The LEDs are supposed to come with full fitting instructions. They come with a tiny, poorly written pamphlet. Difficult to take them seriously as a business and won't be ordering again or recommending.

Very helpful on pre-sales but need to be chased hard to process warranty claims. Every bulb I've bought has or is failing and it's taking ever longer to process, or even acknowledge, a warranty claim.

I bought some LED lights for my car. The company were very responsive in ensuring that the correct lights were purchased. However they provide no support whatsoever if you have any post purchase queries. Unfortunately they don't supply a phone contact number or address on the website so you can only communicate by email. They charge a slightly higher price for the lights but I was willing to pay the extra on the basis of helpful dialogue pre-purchase. A really poor post sales service from this company means that they can't be recommended at this time. You will read other poor reviews about this company in other forums
