Booked two weeks in advance. Payment was taken for Bridgestones. I delivered my car for the 1 hour appointment & was called 40 minutes later to say only Goodyears were available & that even though they "were more expensive" they would honour the original price. They also advised one of my rear tyres had deep cuts so would have to be changed. The tyres were fitted after a 4.5 hour wait and according to Halfords website should have been £20 less.
Summary : Dreadful service, wrong tyres, overcharged and waste of time. I am now trying to get a refund but nobody at "customer services" seems too concerned.
