I bought a bycicle from the branch in fareham on Sunday 21st April, i was told it would be in on the 23rd and i could collect after 5pm. I went up to Halfords at around 6.30 pm and was told the bike had not even arrived, and they could not give me a reason why they had not contacted me to tell me this and was told it would be in on wednesday.I left it untill 2.30pm and decided to phone, after being on hold for about 10 mins iwas told the Girl would phone me back and took my details again. Its is now 3.15pm and still have not heard back anything, if i dont here back i will be going up there tonight to cancel my order. So Halfords you will be loosing out on £300 just through poor service.
