Great site, had full information available in good detail about the item I was purchasing and I have looked around for awhile, with good offers and priced very well, has wide range of choice, will recommend to friends and family members who are looking for similar items, kept upto date with emails as well, so can't complain at the customer service side of things either, some sites you purchase things and they don't bother keeping you updated, with Big Brakes 4 u everything has come I need to know in the last 24 hours, only down side is delivery time, but I will be changing that myself, would of been handy to have this written on the site that items may take longer, my advice is order well in advance if your in no rush, but if your in a rush like me, then order very fast lol

Website is easy to use. Choice of brakes for my car is good. Customer service is good. Clearly a well run and caring company! I would describe to friends as family as a very good company and highly recommend them as well. My other half bought bucket seats and was very pleased.

Whenever I had an issue these guys were on the case, great communication, great service, can't wait to fit them to my GTR

I phoned GSM to order some new callipers for my car.

I was put through to one of their sales advisors who was very helpful in getting the products ordered.

The order process over the phone was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly, I cant fault them if im honest.

Overall ordering from GSM was a pleasure, and I would definitely order through them again and recommend to friends.

Brought some yellow pads for my 8pot brakes, quick easy and good service. Arrived really quick.

So will be buying again 100%.

I contacted GSM about a brake conversion for my 1991 Audi V8. They were very prompt with a reply and then followed up with a quote,which I believe was competitive. However I did not go ahead as the car is only of a very low value and the conversion would have been too much for such an old car.

They followed up again asking if they could still be of any help, for which I thanked them.

I would have no hesitation using them should I need anything in the future or recomending them. It is nice to get good old fashioned customer service over the internet....many are rude and uninterested...nice work chaps, keep it up.

I am modifying an old VW Golf, and after purchasing some seats from GSM Seats, I noticed they did brakes too so bought myself some Hi Spec 300mm brakes from GSM Brakes too - again, amazing customer service - amazing product and brilliant after-sales support...

Highly recommended and will use again on my next project!
