I ordered a Bosch Wiper Blade twin pack. I received the twin pack but only one blade. Ok, I didn't open both packs straight away but opened it at the weekend when I had time to fit the wipers. I contacted this company by email and they did respond straight away but their reply went into my spam folder (???) so I didn't see it until three weeks later. Their response requested I send a photo of the pack?? Why? I sent the photo and got an email straight away to my inbox (not spam folder this time) to say that under their T's&C's I had 3 days to notify them of a problem. OK it was only £23 but I've not had a problem like this before buying stuff from Amazon.
