Purchased a Dimsport Genius from this company, £1295 and dealt with a guy after emailing to return the unit under the distance selling regulations I was called on my mobile and was given a series of profanities & threats, and how he was going to have me sorted out.

Eventually this individual said he would arrange for a local agent to collect, guy collected and later that day called my mobile at various times and made further threats, and then advised that he could not refund and his machine was broken and wanted to meet up in London with cash! when I refused he then called my wife who he has never met further profanities, this is by far the worse individual, mentally unstable would be an understatement,

I would advise anyone not to buy from him or his company, he has been reported to trading standards and the police, as I have recorded all his calls, and hopefully he will be prosecuted.
