Ordered a set of car mats and a boot mat. The boot mat had a hole in it. E-mailed dozens of times - no response! Called the contact number! No answer! Stay clear of his company! Horrendous customer service - Shocking after care - Absolute shambles and joke of an operation!

It’s been over a month since I’ve ordered my items yet still nothing has been received nor have I had any correspondence from them. Cannot even contact them as they seem to be closed due to COVID-19 but nothing stated on there website. Absolutely disgusting

I ordered and paid for sill protectores in mid March I have had no response from car accessories plus I've Emailed them twice had no contact back it's a poor way to run a web site.

Having ordered front and rear mud flaps for Peugeot 308cc received them fairly quickly . Now having hassle getting full refund on rear which in my opinion do not fit they had wrong profile also they Were marked with cItroen. I understand if they supply the goods as ordered and you return them they deduct a 15% handling charge. But the fact I spent £9.10 on postage returning the wrong fitting parts they still want to to charge the so called handing charge. Thats no way to get repeat business. The fact that they are a ford dealership franchise in doncaster should have gave me a clue..I won't make that mistake again. Now aim wishing for a Goodwill gesture of getting a full refund on goods.

Still in discussion with them through the web.

Ordered a car boot liner for my Vauxhall Agila to help protect the boot with taking the dog to and from the park. Site was very well priced and cant fault the ease of the buying process. The only slight thing was that the delivery time was about a week and i'd expect quicker really.
